Fallout is a post-nuclear adventure board game for one to four players. Based on the hit video game Series by Bethesda soft works, each Fallout scenario is inspired by a familiar story from the franchise. Survivors begin the game on the edge of an unexplored landscape, uncertain of what awaits them in this unfamiliar world. With just one objective to guide them from the very beginning, each player must explore the hidden map, fight ferocious enemies, and build the skills of their survivor as they attempt to Complete challenging quests and balance feuding factions within the game. As they advance their survivors' stories, players will come across New quests and individual goals, leading them to gain influence. Who comes out ahead will depend on how keenly and aggressively each player ventures through the game, however if a single faction is pushed to power too quickly, the wasteland will be taken for their own, and the survivors conquered along with it.
SURVIVE AND THRIVE: Immerse yourself in a post-apocalyptic world where survival is just the beginning.
EXPLORE THE WASTELAND: Roam through a devastated landscape, encountering mutated creatures and challenges.
QUESTS AND SKILLS: Complete challenging quests and enhance your survivor's skills for ultimate success.

BASED ON THE HIT VIDEO GAME: Experience the Fallout universe in this exciting adventure board game.

Title: If you love the video game - you'll love the board game version!
Review: From the first time I saw Fallout the board game on the shelf I knew I wanted it. I have been a fan of the Fallout line since the first game. I have play almost every Fallout video game to come out and it was time to get the board game. After watching a couple videos on how to play, I was very intimidated. There seemed to be a lot of moving parts, card decks and miniatures. My fiancé and I play a most of our games together and I was thinking this would be one that would be a little out of her comfort zone.I played through the single player game mode and enjoyed the game from the start. After the first game I knew the game was not as complicated as I thought. The game was so fun I stayed up till 3 am playing the game another 2 times. The next day I set it up for my fiancé and I, and I wasnât disappointed. My favorite part of the game is the questing. The flavor and the ways you go about completing the quest feel like playing a video game. This is the closet I have come, in a board game, to a video game RPG. With hundreds of quest cards, the game replay is awesome. We both enjoyed the game and canât wait to introduce it to our play group.I play a lot of tabletop games with miniature and the piece in Fallout are top quality. Before long they will be painted and looking great on the great design of the game tiles. It really feels like you are in the wastelands. For those of you that have played the games, look forward to the quest for the Wasteland Survival Guide! All of the cards are well designed and I really like the decks are different physical sizes. There wasnât enough room in the box for the insert and all the cards/game pieces. And there was not enough bags for all the game pieces, packaging could have been thought out a little more. Other than that, the game is great and I am looking forward to the expansion.

Title: Life Fallout? Like Board Games? This
Review: I bought FFG's Star Wars: Outer Rim when it first came out. It's pretty similar except that quests are more shared and not individual. Individuals have agendas and quest results can go usually 2 different ways. Players can sometimes find themselves going for the same thing, especially when it comes to faction boosts or they may be in opposition in which things get interesting. It's a good game. I'm a huge Fallout fan so I'm all into the gear and companions that kept hitting the board. They caught the theme really well. I would say with the base you probably have a good dozen games before you might see some heavy repetition though I doubt any two games will wind up absolute identical. Some may like this, others may find they like the variability like found in Outer Rim. There are four scenarios to choose with the base game.

Title: Great Game, Challenging, and Original
Review: Always been a big fan of the Fallout Series. So when I found out there was a board game I had to have it. Takes a lot of time to understand and even then requires constant referencing, but once you get it down it is incredibly fun. Played solo to learn, itâs replay ability is not lacking and it was an incredibly good time. First board game Iâve had that makes me want to keep playing just like the video game. Detail and construction of pieces and cards is very well done. Highly suggest it for anyone that is a fan of the video game and challenging RPG board games in general.

Title: Solid four-star board game
Review: Fun game. It does really well making you feel like you're really exploring the maps and the different quest lines. The figurines are cool, and the mechanics that govern fighting monsters are well done. The one problem with the game is the win condition. You have hidden agenda cards through which you need to gain 10 points of "influence" to win the game. The cards are difficult to get, the agendas are difficult to fulfill, and none of them give you very much influence. And more cards you have, the faster the game ends so as soon as you feel like you're getting a handle on things, the game ends. To date, neither my husband nor I have gotten 10 influence. That one mechanic lets the game down, but overall the game is still worth it. You just need let it go that you probably won't win and just enjoy playing through the different quests. I think it's like a 7/10 on Board Game Geek and that feels right to me.

Title: Fun Game for Fans
Review: I purchased this game a little while ago and have been playing a round here or there when I get the chance and I havenât tired of it yet â itâs a lot of fun. There is a high replay value to the game. There are only four scenarios, but each time you play, the action will unfold differently based on the layout of tiles, placement of enemies, the cards drawn, and the choices you make. Itâs like an interactive choose your own adventure game, with a main quest and side quests to keep you busy. For fans of the series, itâs extra fun to see how elements of the video games have been carried over and adapted. There are recognizable characters and places and items and itâs exciting each time I see something I didnât see in previous play-throughs.I canât speak for the multiplayer aspect, but itâs still fun and rewarding to play solo. A lot of people ask how you play a board game against yourself, but you donât. You play against the scenarios of the game.I will say that this isnât the easiest game to learn, (there are two books of rules/guidelines!) but once you start playing it comes together quickly. The books are a helpful reference when you need a reminder or need to figure out a particular instance, but sometimes an online search can provide more information.I look forward to playing through this game again and again and hope to get the expansion pack soon.

Title: Fun
Review: I really enjoyed playing this game both solo and with a friend. I think two to three players is the perfect player count. The base game is fine but it's even better with the co-op expansion atomic bonds.

Title: Actually fun
Review: Iâm the type to find board games intimidating to start but this one was pretty easy to pick up! There isnât too much to keep track of that isnât apparent on the playing field.Manual does good with explaining the rules. I was able to get through a game after just one read through (and occasional glances at the reference during play)If you like Fallout just buy it itâs actually fun
