Review: Ho letto recensioni che rimproverano a questo cofanetto un approccio troppo "scolastico", ma io penso che sia proprio questo il suo pregio. Questo è un vero e proprio libro di testo che accompagna il lettore/ascoltatore alla scoperta della storia del Jazz dalle origini a oggi. I saggi che commentano ogni singolo brano spesso includono commenti destinati agli esperti o ai musicisti, senza però rendere troppo difficoltosa la lettura ai semplici appassionati. Oltre al breve saggio, ogni brano è accompagnato da almeno una foto.Consigliatissimo a tutti gli appassionati di musica.
