Title: The Lumbar Support Is A Must Have
Review: I ordered this chair after a couple of months at my new office, as the chair they provided that was just awful. It had no way of locking it from rocking backwards. offered no lumbar support. and no arm wrests. The box came to my door a little beat up, my guess from the shipping handler, however everything inside was packaged well to prevent any metal from scratching and any fabric from tearing.I ordered without expert assembly, a little worried it would be rather complex. From start to finish the assembly of the chair takes 8 steps, with instructions and images to aid. It comes with every tool you need and even includes extra screws in case you lose any. It also came with these microfiber gloves to prevent the lubricant they put on the washers and certain parts of the chair from getting on your fingers however they were too small and wouldnât fit over my hands, but at least the thought and time was taken by the manufacturer. I would recommend you have someone help you when installing the arms onto the base of the chair as it can be pretty difficult to line them up correctly, luckily I had my wife to help me. Otherwise, this has to be easiest piece of furniture I have ever assembled. All of the threaded sockets for each screw were lined up great, I had no issue screwing the parts together and didnât strip a single screw. Now let me focus on what/how much I enjoy the chair. I have used it heavily for a week since I got it and it has really helped me relieve pain in my back as I am often having to work at my desk as of late. The fabric on the seat, and head is mesh with some sort of foam, that offers support and comfort at the same time. The back is just the mesh fabric which allows the chair to breath so you donât warm up and sweat constantly from sitting for longer periods of time. You can lock the seat at any angle to prevent it from rocking back further (a must for me) and by far my favorite part is the adjustable lumbar support in the back rest. A small curved block (hard foam I think) sits at the lumbar and a knob can be used to adjust it in and out to your desired level. You have not enjoyed sitting in a chair yet until you have found the perfect support for you lumbar. The head rest is adjustable up and down, is curved, and you can rotate it somewhat to whatever is most comfortable for you. I am 6ft 3in, and have no issue fitting in the chair and the head rest is tall enough to still be used comfortably for me and offer support (big fear of mine with any office chairs). The arm rests are your standard variety comfortable supporting hard foam, that can be adjusted up and down.I am very happy with this chair, its the first I have ever bought. It is simple, easy, looks good, and is relatively light. Another thing I consider to be a perk (others might not) is I have carpet in my office and most wheels on chairs are designed in such a way that catch the carpet and prevent it from moving. The wheels on this chair seem to be designed to avoid this. They are well built in my opinion and are free of that annoying cover most manufactures put over a wheel, that encompass the whole wheel, and catches carpet.

Title: Just buy it!
Review: Buy this chair now! I'm doing to do my best to be as concise as possible and refrain from going on an endless rant about how much I love this chair. What I'm going to do instead is accurately and thoroughly review this marvel of modern engineering. First I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a 6 foot tall 250 pound military member with previous surgery on L5S1 which has left me with nerve pain every day of my life as well as problems on three other levels of my spine. Generally chairs aren't designed to seat a person of my stature and won't last very long. I requirea chair that's very sturdy, adjustable and ergonomic. The box came, overjoyed I struggled to lift it into my apartment. The first thing I noticed was the weight of the box. It gave me a sense of assurance in knowing that I bought quality. The Hardware felt to be of good manufacturing. Also I received double the hardware necessary to assemble the chair. I LOVE EXTRA HARDWARE. The instructions were very well illustrated and the chair built in minutes. One thing that I really appreciated was the way adjustments were engineered into the design of the chair. While assembling you can adjust the width of the arm rests. Once the bolts are tightened down your arm rests will only adjust up and down. Another adjustment built into the chairs construction is controlling the distance from the seat to the back rest. This is generally only a feature on higher end chairs and I was happy to see that is has quite a bit of range. The roller blade wheels are amazing! My apartment has tile floor and my old terrible chair struggled to move anywhere, often getting tiny wheels stuck in the grooves of the tile. It generally made navigating chasms of my unorganized room clumsy and difficult. With these rollerblade wheels I can glide from one end of the room to the other. Its effortless, I love it.The mesh feels very comfortable and breathable. The lumbar support is amazing. I nearly fell asleep the moment I sat in this. The lever that allows the chair to tilt back or sit straight up is the kind of lever that you push down or pull up. This is very good because some other chairs have a lever that's essentially a bar that you slide horizontally. Over time the bar can work its way out so when you go to sit back in your chair the lever pops out and the char sends you flying backward. This has happened to me at least fifty or sixty times and I have ended up on the ground as a result of this. The design of the seat back lever of prevents this from happening. This chair is so comfortable that I felt the need to write this review as soon as I sat down. Already my back feels better, my nerve pain is reduced. I had been sitting on a broken chair for over a year and a half until I noticed the amount of discomfort I was ignoring and pulled the trigger on this. I will update this review if anything changes or the chair fails overtime.

Title: Good Value
Review: I work from home so spend hours each day. Had a leather chair but the leather flaked. Wanted a new chair with the mesh so it would not flake after a few years. The chair assembly is easy and well labeled. The adjustments are good. The soft wheels are terrific. The seat is firm but after a couple months, it is suiting me well. The lumbar support is highly adjustable. Don't dial in too much at first. It may be too much. I needed to back it off to get comfortable.Still 4 stars is all I can assign because it's a good value for the price, but it is not as good as a 5 star rating... which undoubtedly means a more expensive chair.

Review: !!!This is a long review but I promise it's worth the read!!!I have had this chair for over a year. It was an easy to assemble piece and really felt sturdy as I was building. (it helps if you have an extra pair of hands when assembling the chair to the base lol)The arm rests are great and can be adjusted same for the head rest and tilt-back. I am 5'7 and when the chair is at it's maximum height my feet just touch the floor. (on my tippy toes) The fabric is easy to clean if you spill and the back mesh helps keep you a little cooler on the hot days.BUT if the above has not sold you then their customer service will. I work from home and so I am in my chair for long periods of time. To say this chair is well used would be an understatement. I had a piece of the chair snap and the chair was actually wobbling to the point where I when was sitting I was extremely crooked and uncomfortable. I was ready to toss the chair and start my search all over again. Before I did though, I reached out to their customer service and to my surprise because I was still under the 5 year warranty their customer service rep (Emma) was quick to reply and offer to send the broken piece and a new gas lift. I was over the moon happy. The item was shipped and I had it within the week. Outstanding right? I thought so!When my package arrived I began to disassemble and replace the parts, however I ran into an issue with the old gas lift. It was completely stuck inside the old chair base (where the wheels are) and like I'm talking STUCK. I even brought it to my local hardware store thinking they might be able to pry it out. We tried a hammer, wrench, rubber mallet, WD-40. NOTHING WORKED! I was so frustrated. Here I am so close to having my chair working again and yet so far. There was no way Emma would be able to help me a second time, right? WRONG! Emma came to the rescue once again! I explain the situation with the gas life being stuck and before I could blink Emma was already sending out a new chair base. Chair base arrived I was able to finish the reassembly and knew I needed to 1; thank Emma for everything and 2; write this review haha! (In my chair of course!)Anyways TLDR; The chair is great and sturdy and the customer service is outstanding. So if you want a good chair and folks who'll take care of you look no further you've found it!

Review: I had this chair delivered yesterday after spending a few weeks looking through several options on Amazon and on the web. In a nutshell, this chair is just as good as my office chair, which was specially ordered for me to address occupational health issues with my back. Indeed, I initially considered buying a chair like the one in my office but the price was nearly 6x over what the Duramont is on Amazon. The only difference being that the arm rests can't be adjusted in- or out-wards (but they can certainly be adjusted up or down). The materials and mechanism are visibly high quality, and all the nuts, bolts for assembly, including a handy tool and gloves, come in a cardboard pack. I assembled the product within 20 minutes. Having been through several chairs in my 50-years, I would definitely recommend this one, especially for users from a medium to large frame who like a sturdy, firm chair (I'm 6'2'' 82kg/12.9 st). I should also suggest, that if you're inclined to go for an option that is around £100 cheaper, do yourself a favour and invest in this one. To finalise, I have a small beef with the inclusion of a "Scan to claim 10-year warranty" card that asks to point your mobile phone to a QR code and "Watch what happens". What happens is that this triggers a script that launched my phone's text app with a code to be sent to a phone number in Nicaragua (country code 505). Because I'm mindful of personal data protection concerns, I will not be claiming my 10-year warranty, but I'm indeed confident the chair will at least last me 6 years (as the one I've just replaced did).

Review: Perfect for long hour computer work, Iâve been using it for almost 1 year. Size of the chair is bigger for smaller apartment space if you want it for â home officeâ. Price should be 20-30% less then what is displayed.

Review: The chair was easy to assemble. It is a fantastic solid chair. My only issue was the seat was too firm. There was no cushioning for me at all. I have issues with my hips and lower back and after a couple of hours, it caused pain. I typically like a fairly firm seat so I didnât think the other reviews of it being too firm applied to me. The lumbar support is fantastic. We did have issues trying to separate the base from the gaslift. We had to return it with it attached.
Customers say
Customers like the comfort, ease of assembly, and design of the chair. They mention it's comfortable, has good ergonomics, and the instructions are very well illustrated. Some are also happy with the adjustable capability and rollability. However, some customers differ on the build quality and value for money.
