Title: Good price but some of the complaints are true.
Review: Hi agonized over a new office chair to buy as I work from home two days a week. I wanted something that was comfortable with adjustable arms, a lumbar support and a Headrest. It was easy to assemble. It came in a very compact box that was damaged. This didn’t seem to impact the chair at all there was an indent in the memory foam because of the way it was packed as stated by others. I had the chair now close to three weeks and dent is still there that seems like a packaging floor. The chair is comfortable and does everything that it says it will do I’ve said others that have a nicer foam on the base that are slightly more comfortable, but that said this is not uncomfortable, and if you’re on a budget, it’s a great chair.

Title: Good for a reasonable price
Review: It was easy to put together, none of the screws holes were misaligned and the threads were all good unlike a cheaper amazon chair I had purchased a year or two ago. There is a little wiggle on the headrest but on the screw fixings, where the headrest attaches the pillar it sits on but nothing you would notice in everyday use only when adjusting it but a little wiggle should be expected or it would be too hard to adjust. The adjustable arms are good.I'm 5'6" and my feet can reach the ground when sitting.The arm rests just fit under my Ikea desk, but if they do not fit under your desk (70cm from the floor to the bottom of the desk) just raise the arm rests up.Will update this review after a few months to see how it lasts.

Title: Low quality, bad packaging
Review: Quality is not the best, but the worst part is how it was packaged, you can see the marks on different places, i don’t think is going to disappear , product is damaged, I’ve seen multiple reviews with the same, not worth it

Title: Seat indentation
Review: Saw prior reviews with seat indentation issues, but still gave it a try. After about a month, there’s roughly an 80% improvement. It’s mainly a visual issue as your butt doesn’t feel it. Very disappointed in the manufacturer for not containing inventory and rectifying this simple internal packaging mishap. Quality in general is average. Also, I noticed the chair did not glide all that easily on our tile floors compared to every other chair I ever owned.

Title: Chair Foam Issues: Indentations
Review: I received the chair I ordered today, but there were some issues with the foam part. The top indentation improved after following the support team's advice to use steam, but the side indentation remains noticeable. Rather than going through the hassle of returning the chair to Amazon for an exchange since we had taken everything out of the box, I’ve decided to keep it. The support team's suggestion helped somewhat, but the side indentation is still visible. I’m afraid to use too much steam due to the moisture. Maybe once we sit on the chair they permanently go away.
