Title: makes great omelets
Review: I had been searching for an omelet pan like I had growing up. This one works great, non stick (I used olive oil spray, too). Cooked up some veggies and added the egg mixture to both sides, cooked over medium heat and flipped the mixture easily. Very happy with purchase!

Title: General works as described
Review: This does making an omelet easy. The non-stick surface works great; never have to worry about anything sticking to it and cleans up super easily. The only thing I don't like about it is the way the two halves fold together. Any melted butter or other liquid in the pan will drip out through the two halves as you close them together. I know that's a minor complaint, but if the edge of one of the halves overlapped the other, this could possibly prevent this issue. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the design and functionality of this egg pan.

Title: Much better than the pans with the plastic handle
Review: I’ve had this style pan for years. Mainly because I like my eggs basted. This is the first time I’ve seen this type of pan with metal handles. I also use non stick spray while I cook. This is also the first time my eggs get done without burnt edges. Yes a bit more money but, well worth it.

Review: I had one of these years ago and lost it in a move. Well made, I use it a few days a week, not just for omelets, but having a built in "lid" to cover "over easy" eggs is nice! Truly non-stick and clean up is easy.

Title: Not enamored with the product
Review: My wife and I are not omelet/frittata experts, just middle-aged non-professional cooks handling the everyday cooking needs of two adults. Given the offer, we tried the TECHEF Free Frittata and Omelette Pan and are giving an honest review. We did a 6 egg frittata.Pros:- Sturdy construction and nice coloring.- The Teflon coating worked as expected.- The resulting omelet was satisfactory.Cons:- There were no instructions for novices like us who haven’t used any pan like this before. A brief video on the Amazon sales page demonstrating the basics would have been a big help.- The food stuck to the rivet heads inside the pan.- The small u-shaped handle is uninsulated and could be burn hazard.- When the folding lid was closed after what appeared to be a proper cooking period, uncooked egg leaked out onto the stove top.- We have a glass top stove, and the movement on the stove top removed some of the pan’s covering at medium heat. It was never at full heat. This may not be a problem on gas stoves or electric coils, but can’t say for sure.Overall, we don’t care for it and it seemed to be more hassle than it’s worth, even for free. Perhaps we just need a decent demonstration video to get it right.

Title: Very nice, but NOT induction-ready (d'oh...)
Review: Got this thinking (for some dumb reason) it would work on an induction hotplate - it doesn't, which I verified by trying to heat water in it as a cleaning/test. So we looked it over, but never used it to cook anything. In examining it and washing it, I liked the finish, the workmanship, the color, the price, etc. so I give it five stars and would keep it if we were going back to gas.(BTW, I haven't found a folding omelette pan that works with an induction system - I think the problem might be that induction surfaces designed for round cookware and when the pan folds over it isn't round ... so the induction element thinks there's no cookware present, and refuses to turn on)

Review: The no-stick coating actually works. A little butter and you're good to go. You can easily flip the omelette back and forth till you get the right amount of brown on top and bottom, and for once I didn't end up with scrambled eggs.This really is as advertised. Brings breakfast up a level.

Review: Preparo huevos, omelet, huevos estrellados volteados, atún fresco, se puede dar vuelta muy fácilmente sin tener que estar batallando con la pala, basta voltear el sartén. Al mantenerse tapado se cuece todo más rápido y mejor. La recomiendo mucho!

Review: Commande reçue rapidement et très bien emballée. La poêle est pratique pour faire des omelettes parfaites ou des tortillas, et a répondu à mes attentes. Le revêtement est de bonne qualité. Les deux parties chauffent en même temps et cuisson rapide. Pour ma part, j’utilise une cuisinière au gaz. Il faut tout de même respecter les conseils d’entretien et ne pas utiliser des objets pouvant abîmer le revêtement.
