Title: Simply Amazing!
Review: Amazing!!! I have made so many recipes from this book I've lost count and they've all been delicious! I'm not grain free by necessity - I simply wanted to start cooking more wholesome recipes for my family and this book has been fantastic. Last month, I flew out to help take care of an ill relative, promising to prepare all the meals (there are 3 kids in the family). I brought this book and Laura's lunch book with me and prepared all 3 meals every day from these books and honestly, they didn't want me to leave! The kids had never had such tasty lunches and every dinner was a hit.Several things that I love about this book: it doesn't try to turn junk food into paleo (or grain free) food like some other cookbooks. For example, you won't find recipes for paleo corn dogs and other weird foods. It's just delicious whole food recipes that for the most part don't involve a bunch of unusual or expensive ingredients. Also, I've found there's very little waste. Some recipe books will ask for 2 tbsp of coconut milk, leaving me stuck with finding a use for the rest of the milk or throwing it in the trash. Not so with this cookbook. Also, Laura's tips are fantastic and she gives you all the info you need to make sure everything comes out perfectly. There's no ambiguous "cook until fragrant" instructions without actually giving you an amount of time it should take and so on.I can't say enough good things about this cookbook! And, even better, she's a real person - I emailed her with a question about one of her recipes and got a detailed response that was super helpful. These clearly are her own recipes that she makes for her family, not just generic recipes thrown together to fill a book. One last thing - the roasted chicken (stuffed with lemon, garlic, and rosemary) has become a family favourite. It's my go to meal when we have company and everyone is always impressed!Thank you, Laura!

Title: This book is wonderful for getting started
Review: I received this book and dove right in reading it page by page. I am not an expert in grain free cooking and need it spelled out real simply for me what I can and can't have. This book is wonderful for getting started! I have a husband and a one year old and every recipe looked delicious and like something we would all enjoy. Granted, the effort in preparing meals for eating grain free can be a little daunting but, if you are ready for a change in your lifestyle then I recommend this book. She makes it so easy to understand. I've got chicken in the oven from this book right this minute as i'm typing and the leftovers of that will be made in to grain free salsa chicken tacos from this book as well!! Definitely worth having on your cook book shelf!

Title: LOVE and so do the KIDS!
Review: My wife ordered this book and we LOVE it! She had the little ones each pick out a recipe the first week she had it and made the Mini Pizza Quiches and also the Lettuce Wraps. I really like how easy both of these recipes were and the kids loved the Mini Pizza Quiches for their lunch. I will have them each pick a recipe or 2 to help prepare each week. Love that the recipes are grain, dairy, nut free and options, etc. I have both of the other cookbooks also and love all 3. Thank you for another great cookbook and easy recipes the whole family can enjoy! - Marion

Title: It's true, it is the BEST
Review: This is such a helpful cookbook. Very clear instructions, lots of pictures. Especially if you're new to grain-free, this book will get you started on the right track. The blueberry no-bran muffins are our absolute favorite. The recipes are not only grain-free, but many are dairy free and give alternative options for other allergies as well. Very well done. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Title: Kindle version needs work
Review: Love love this recipe book!!! Easy recipes and great taste 🙂 However I purchased the kindle version for personal use and discovered chapter 4 and beyond there was a format shift causing everything to over lap so it looks unfinished or like the editing is in progress... Doesn't effect the taste! Just is a bit frustrating to read at a glance.

Review: if you are thinking of going grain free even without a family - I have tried 5 recipes and still have to be disappointed! I am in calgary canada so i do have to play with the baking recipes to add more liquid to account for the altitude change but otherwise the flavors are fantastic and the butternut squash chili is FANTASTIC
