You see it all over the casino and on gaming websites. Your favorite team has the odds stacked against them. But what does that mean? You should bet on your hometown team to win, right? What if you wanted to place a real wager to win real cash? Would you even know where to start?
My book, Sports Betting for Beginners, will show you, the first-timers, the ins and outs of sports betting. I will teach you the where, when, how, and why to make the most of your wager. You will need to know as much as you can about sports betting before you even place your first bet.
You see, sports betting isn’t what you think it is. It’s not the same as sticking pennies in a slot hoping to hit the jackpot by chance. It’s not betting everything you have at the roulette table. It’s a strategic, mathematics-based system that can be used to create a profit. I’m not the only one who has cracked the system. There are thousands, if not millions, of other people out there doing the same thing. The sports betting industry is a multibillion-dollar industry. And I’m telling you that you can beat it with my help.
This book is a complete beginner’s guide to the world of sports betting. It takes all of the information about the different wagers, odds, and sportsbook systems and breaks it down into information that is understandable and useful. So even if you know absolutely nothing about sports or how to place a bet, you can start making money right now.
I went through years of trial and error trying to learn the system and wrap my head around the different bets. I went through it so that you don’t have to. This book includes everything you need to know before getting into sports betting and how to make your first dollar. I guarantee that you’ll walk away ready to place your first bet.
It doesn't take a genius to master the system. And it doesn’t take being a huge sports fan to win. All it takes is the information in this guide. I hope that you enjoy it, or at the very least come out of the other end with an expert’s understanding of sports betting.

Title: Clear information on sports betting
Review: This is a good book to use if you're unsure about or thinking about sports betting. The author goes into the risks and rewards of sports betting, and the author also discusses the numbers behind it (Decimal, Moneyline, etc). I admit, math doesn't come to me easily so there were a few points I got a little lost, but the author keeps it simple. The author also talks about different types of bets, and perhaps VERY importantly for the modern age: esports betting! This section was of particular interest to me due to the rise of esports internationally. All in all, it's a book that is concise, breaks things down, and ensures you know what you're getting into if you're thinking about betting!

Title: Informative & Quick Read!
Review: Though I wouldnât call myself a beginner in terms of sports betting, Iâve been dabbling in sports betting for fun over the past few years and learning from my husband. I still have a lot to learn and donât understand all the lingo so I thought I would read this book to gain a better understanding than just learning as I go or from other people here and there. Welch does a really nice job laying out the basics in this book, had I read it before I placed a single sports bet I would have been way more confident! With that being said, I still learned a lot from the book. It was a nice quick read too so if youâre curious about sports betting this is a comprehensive glance into the sports betting world that doesnât get overly complicated or will take up too much of your time. Welch covers the basics in the different types of sports bets you can make and general odds and payouts. I thought it was super interesting how he explained why spread bets are always listed at -110 and that is the sportsbook building in their profit, which totally makes sense now that someone has explained it to me but I never knew that before! Some specifics that I personally appreciate being mentioned in this book were âfuturesâ bets because I wasnât very clear on that before, and different types of parlay bets. Thereâs a lot to explore in the sports betting world and while gambling does get a bad wrap which Welch touches on, he makes it a point to let readers know you will have ups and downs but if you approach sports betting from a mathematical standpoint and donât put all your eggs in one basket you can make money while still being careful taking a risk.

Title: Breaks down how to get into Sports Betting
Review: This book was a very good step by step guide for anyone interested in learning about sports betting. A really quick read, I only got it three days ago. What I love the most about it is unlike most How to books, this book never gets repetitive or does it feel like the author is talking down to you. He does a great job at explaining all the different types of bets, from point spread, over under, parlays to futures which I always heard my friends mentioning and now I can finally fully understand and be part of the conversation lol. There's also a chapter about betting on Esports if you're interested in that. He also breaks down all the popular websites to gamble with so you know how to get started. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is like me and have lots of friends into betting sports and don't know where to start. It would make a great stocking stuffer for your spouse or son. Yes to your son or daughter even. The author encourages to only bet legally which is a much safer vice than drinking or drugs. In conclusion, this book answers all the questions you may have and most importantly there's a chapter focused on tips on how to bet smart to increase your odds of winning. Good Luck Everyone!
