Title: Great product
Review: The sun feels a lot stronger these days. This sunscreen goes on smooth, non greasy and smells good. Gives good sun protection and I understand it's safe for ocean reefs also. Easily absorbs to a clear coat of protection on your skin.

Title: Pricey but effective
Review: Easy to apply and spread, not greasy, decent smell, works to prevent sunburn. I used it at baseball games this summer, and it was effective. There are cheaper alternatives on Amazon, but this product is reliable and does not look or smell weird on the skin.

Title: My family's current go-to for base layer of protection
Review: We love Alba as a company, and we've used most of their sunscreens at some point. This is the one we turn to right now for our first super thick layer of sunscreen for extended periods of time out in the sun. It rubs in well, doesn't leave the ghosty white time, is moisturizing without being greasy, and it smells really good. I give it 4 stars due to it not being suitable to for the face, and I'd really love to have 1 product.It will go on your face fine, but if you sweat, it can sting your eyes like nobody's business. Therefore I use a certain stick by another company that I probably can't mention here for face, especially my young son's. We rarely get any level of burn, and if we do it's usually not a product fail but, rather, a user-issue, namely forgetting to reapply in time. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. As for the rest of the day... I will admit that unless it's a windy beach day, we use the Alba Hawaiian spray for frequent-ish spot reapplications throughout the day. It's about the only way I can get my guys--large and small--to pause for a reapplication. That is also an effective product but it will leave you shiny and a little greasy. I'm fine with that for the way we use it, but for pre-dressing and heading to the car, my preference is this lotion for that reason as well. My son uses a nice roll-on product for his camp day reapplications which is easy for him to use without using half the tube, plus it can go on his face. And it won't explode in his backpack. Wish I could mention that one too. But that one is so expensive, I only buy it for the camp scenario, and I slather him in the product on this page plus that face stick every morning. I check Environmental Working Group's site for product toxicity information. They have a specific section on sunscreens. This exact product, as of this writing, rates a "2". (Scale is 0-10, lowest is least toxic) The spray version rates a "3".

Title: Goes on smooth and no smell
Review: This is a great sunscreen made with 100% vegetarian ingredients and it's biodegradable! So that means it healthier for you, water bodies, and our animal friends.It goes on silky smooth and doesn't have a strong smell. I used it all day for working outside and it kept me from getting burned, like other folks who were with me.The cost of this is right on par if not lower than other options out there. And this one makes you feel good since you're using vegetarian, eco-friendly sunscreen too!

Review: Bought this for a trip where they asked people to use Reef Safe sunscreen.It worked great,ABSORB well into skin,did not get sunburned,and felt goid knowing that we were not harming the coral reefs.

Title: Great for my sensitive skin
Review: I have very sensitive skin and this is one of very few sunscreens I can use that does not break me out or cause hives because of a allergic reaction. Protects my skin, smells great and goes on clear. Please dont stop making this product. It is so hard to find a good sunscreen for sensitive skin. Alba is my go to and next is sun bum. Love the sprays as well.

Review: I have been using it for years. It's great for me and my kids. We don't get pimples from it and we don't get sunburns. Goes on easy. Smells nice. AND GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. Haven't found a better sunscreen.

Review: I used this sunscreen during my last holiday in Spain. It was very sunny and I did not burn once. I used it on the body (not face) and it had a nice feel, absorbed well and did not leave white marks. It has a slight green tea fragrance which I liked but my partner didn't, so it all depends on the preferences!
