1. Why is there no sound when wearing it?

a) Check if the volume is suitable for your hearing.

b) Check whether the hearing aid has electricity.

c) Check whether there is earwax in the ear canal.

2. Why is there a whistling (sharp sound)?

A whistle (shrill sound) is a sign of wearing hearing aids incorrectly. If the hearing aid and ear canal do not match, the sound from the receiver will be picked up by the microphone again, forming a loop that will be continuously amplified and produce a whistling sound.

Solution: Please chooese the appropriate ear tips according to the size of the ear canal and make sure the ear tips fit snugly in your ear.

3. How can I care for my hearing aid?

a) Keep hearing aids away from heat and dust.

b) Clean hearing aids as instructed. Earwax and ear drainage can damage a hearing aid.

c) Avoid using hairspray or other hair care products while wearing hearing aids.

d) Turn off hearing aids when they are not in use.

Title: WOW, I can hear
Review: I'm 78 and I live a lone so my earring loss that apparently has be happening very gradually wasn't all that noticeable until about 6 months ago. I work a little part time job in a big box store and have been noticing that often I have to get employees & customers to speak louder. I thought it was bc of all the noise in the store from overhead music, forklifts etc. On a road trip this past week my daughter noticed she kept having to repeat herself and finally ask me if I needed a hearing aid. I told her I think I must. I got on Amazon and found these hearing devices and am VERY pleased with them. My advice to everyone that purchases them is to read the little small booklet that comes with them FIRST. I see some people have complained about them howling or screeching. When that happens it's bc you don't have them in the entrance to your ear canal properly. It's to alert you. Just work with them a little until you find the right positioning for YOUR particular ear canal. Also, do as advised in the booklet and start out with them turned down low until you get used to them. I'm hearing sounds in nature I didn't realize I was missing out on. I don't have to turn my tv up so loud like I've gotten used to. I was grocery shopping today and was hearing conversations that I normally haven't been able to hear. If you're like me and have never worn a hearing device before just be patient and allow yourself time to adjust and get used to them. Experiment with them as far as volumn in each ear. I promise the longer you wear them and more patience you are the easier it will be to adapt. At first you may find yourself a little startled when you suddenly start hearing things & sounds you hadn't noticed you were no longer hearing. Just go slow, be patient, give your ears, mind and emotions room to adapt. You'll love getting your life back. 👍P.S. Be sure to turn them off when charging

Title: Amazing！
Review: After slight adjustments to the volume and position in my ears, I was amazed at the level of sound frequencies I had never heard before! I would definitely recommend these hearing aids! I'm still getting used to them but they are quite comfortable. I get the best effect by leaving a small gap in my ear canal so sound and volume blend well!

Review: I love them, they have made a difference in my hearing. Now I can watch TV and understand what is being said. The charging case keeps them charged and ready all the time. I can't believe hearing aids that cost under $60.00 could be this good. I wish I had discovered these a few years ago.

Title: They howl!!!
Review: If you cup your hand and bring the hearing aid close, it howls. The same is true for the ear, which is a cup like shape.So, you must turn off the hearing aid or risk hearing damage, before inserting into the ear. The on switch, however is top tiny to find and flip when it is in the ear. If the hearing aid works loose it howls loudly.Clearly there is no electronic noise canceling. It uses passive mechanical noise canceling only.Because of this I sent it back, since the elder person can't keep the thing plugged perfectly through the day, like a younger person could.The cheaper behind the ear unit had a real noise canceling setting, and the separation of the mic from the speaker, helps reduce the howling top. Both have the passive noise canceling, typical of a $5 audio ear bud, since 2007.I think that a younger person would like these, but they would need to figure out how to insert the screaming unit without further damage to their hearing!!! They look great and the charging case is nice.

Title: Nice sound. Quality under par
Review: The sound is par or better than others that I have tried. However after two days of use the right side hearing aid continuously cuts oof the sound and restarts. Also the LEDs in the case stoppedindicating status. Continuously turned off.Update: What a pity! ...since the sound quality is the best that I have experienced compared to others including renowned brands. Unfortunately the case stops recharging the hearing aids after days or weeks (this was my second pair...I wanted to give it a chance)
