Title: Wishful thinking
Review: I was so excited to receive these hearing aids yesterday. I charged them overnight as per instructions. No matter what your dome I put on the tip, I could not get rid of the squelch, it was ear blasting. The little nylon pull tab is located in such a place and if you have large hands, you cannot grab it because it sits right against your cartilage in your ear. I really did want these to work, but after a couple hours of experiment, I am returning this product.
