Review: This device does not help with sleep. If you turn it up it actually feels like it is shocking you, like electro therapy. Not good for sleep

Title: Must calm mind during use, does not work for everyone.
Review: Ok, I bought one as a fluke through an Amazon open box store. I looked it up and found out what it was. My son tried it, he found it painful, my husband tried it and found it painful because some people feel little painful shocks or jolts. My daughter and I loved it, we calm our minds and focus on the feel in our hand. For us, it hums and vibrates as we relax. It doesnât relax us, we have to relax in order to feel it. Itâs not like a massager, it doesnât vibrate in an obvious way. If you want to check it in order to know that it works, use lotion on your hands before you use it and you should feel little electrical jolts when you wrap your hand around it. They might be a little painful. Then try using it without lotion on your hand, remember to calm your mind and focus on on your hand. To use it, look carefully on the side, you should find a plus and minus symbol. Press and hold between the plus and minus symbol, this is where to on switch is. Release when the light turns on. The light may be hard to see in daylight but glows in the darkness. I hope this helps. I have bought three of these sleep aids and love how it helps me sleep better.

Title: Sleeping Device not helping much !
Review: As a Sleeping Aid, this device was disappointing! It did not help me sleep and the green light on the side that show where the controls are located where way to bright. Also the silicone cable that goes around your wrist was too tight ( and I am not a large person.

Title: Stings like a wall outlet
Review: Negative stars. This device is painful even at the lowest setting and reminds me of how it feels to be shocked by an indoor wall outlet. It is NOT therapeutic. For example, accidentally touching metal as you unplug or plug-in something. Imagine that feeling, pulsing in your palm. I cannot sleep like that and I'm wondering who can. Not even my family members who like extra stimulation can use this. Its painful even to a family member with neuropathy. Imagine that. Only purchase if pulsing shocks help you sleep.

Title: what's it supposed to do?
Review: I don't know if we got a dud or just don't know how to use this. Seems simple to use...charge it up and hold it to sleep. Only thing is, it doesn't do anything. You would think it would vibrate or pulse or something??Nope, nothing. I'll need to check online for other reviewers to see what they say
