Title: Nice warm patch, wish it was a little bigger
Review: This is a nice disposable heat pad. It stays warm for 4 or 5 hours. The adhesive wings are super convenient for hands-free use, I only wish the heated part itself was a little bit bigger to cover large areas like neck/shoulders or lower back. The oil was somewhat difficult to get out of the vial, itâs such a tiny opening that it wonât drip out on its own but when you shake it out it doesnât really disperse over the pad.
