Title: Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer a Good Value
Review: I had another brand indoor/outdoor wireless thermometer that stopped working after only 2-3 years. The outside sensor had a rechargeable battery which I believe was what gave out. This thermometer uses replaceable AA and AAA batteries. After only a week on the job it looks to be accurate and functioning as advertised. Hopefully, it will last more than a few years.

Title: Looks great, works great, one issue
Review: The Newentor Indoor Outdoor Thermometer is easy to set up. The color LCD screen is very easy to read and it has a built-in light if needed. Nice features: large outdoor temp and humidity display, easy to read indoor temp & humidity display, all numeric displays show change trends (up, down, or level arrow), and color display indicating comfort (Dry, Good, or Humid). The issue is that the outdoor sensor is not waterproof so I had to put it next to a window instead of a little away from the building. This unit is an excellent complement to my 2 Newentor weather stations that share 3 sensors.

Title: Customer service is phenomenal!
Review: This is a great small temperature indoor/outdoor sensor. I didn’t need the time/date etc. just wanted the temperature, which makes this perfect. Easy to set up and with just a touch a backlit screen. It started not showing the outdoor temperature, so I emailed customer support. Janka got back to me the next morning.She was very helpful, first of all trying to see if it was user error (with me it very well could have been!).After it was determined it wasn’t user error, Janka sent me a new sensor. It now works perfectly again.Every time I emailed Janka, which was about 4 times, she got back to me by the next morning. The customer service was incredible. I highly recommend this gauge and this company.

Title: Clear, easy-to-read display, but Max/Min function does not work correctly
Review: First, the good news: The outdoor sensor and the indoor base unit synched immediately when the batteries were inserted. No need to follow a certain sequence or push a lot of buttons, as on other units I've owned. The indoor/outdoor temp & humidity displays are clear, bright and easy to read. And they seem to be accurate. I miss not having a time display, however.Not-so-good news: The max/min function does not work correctly, at least on my unit. This function can be set to show the max & min temps for the previous 24 hrs, or 48 hrs, or since the last time the memory was reset. On my unit, only the 3rd option actually works correctly. The max/min temps for previous 24 hrs or previous 48 hours are incorrect. The work-around is to check the max/min temps every morning, then reset the memory to get an accurate max/min the next morning, etc. If you don't care about seeing the max/min temps, then this is not an issue. If you do care, perhaps you should look elsewhere.Minor annoyance: The outdoor sensor is designed to hang from a screw attached to a wall or other surface. Unfortunately, the required screw is not included. I have a box of several hundred screws of many types, left over from other projects over the years. It took quite a while for me to sort through my collection to find a screw with the proper shaft diameter, head diameter, and head thickness. The manufacturer should spend a few extra pennies to provide the required screw.
