Roast poultry, fish, meat, potatoes and vegetables, or make easy, weeknight, one-pan meals with the Chicago Metallic Professional Nonstick Bake and Roast Pan. The heavy-duty carbon steel promotes consistent heat distribution across the pan, allowing for evenly baked dishes every time. The removable rack elevates meat above fat, drippings, or roasting vegetables. The rack also easily detaches from the pan, and features folding handles for compact storage. This essential pan has a nonstick coating that keeps food from sticking to it, allowing meat and vegetables to slide right off without tearing. Plus, it’s highly durable and can stand up to daily use. Oven safe up to 450°F. Hand wash recommended. Measures 13.5″ L x 9.5″ W x 2.25″ H (outer); and 12.75″ L x 9.88″ W (inner).

Title: Perfect size to cook, and store!
Review: I needed a new roaster, did not want an enormous one as I live alone and do not have a ton of space. This hit all marks. Have used it several times for prime rib and pork roasts. Cooks evenly and it is so easy to clean.

Title: Super Easy to Clean
Review: The baked food washes off so easily itâs amazing. I totally recommend this pan. The rack cleans up just as easy. Note: I never put my pans in the dishwasher.

Title: New price is on the high side
Review: Pan is ridged and easy to clean, but the rack is flimsey and hard to clean. Was going to purchase another one for my smoker but decided not to due to the healthy price increase of 25% in less than 4 months.

Title: Well made, non stick coating will last.
Review: This is the perfect size for baking, broiling, etc. with the grill rack and has non stick coating. I finally trashed a very old one and this one was very reasonably priced and looks like it will last and is easy to clean.

Title: Falsely advertised as a broiling pan!!
Review: I trust this is a good baking pan but I purchased it for use as a broiling pan; the included documentation from the manufacturer indicates it isnât to be used for broiling. I see someone has praised the pan as a great broiler but I suspect the nonstick coating will prematurely fail. There is a reason the manufacturer doesnât recommend for broiling. I give it one star only because the description says itâs a broiler contrary to manufacturer instructions; the seller is not responsible enough to have read instructions and has not changed the description after buyers revealed the error.

Title: Amazon misleading?
Review: I have already owned this pan, which needed replacing after several years. I don't know where I purchased it originally. Amazon has the same pan shown twice at 3 different prices. They list the material as "steel" for one, and as "carbon steel," which has the "Amazon Choice" label. Otherwise, the 2 appear to be identical. I needed to replace the current one because it appeared the metal was flaking, so I thought the "carbon steel" would be an improvement. Appears to be exactly the same as my old one and I assume the "steel" version. However, Amazon charged almost $3 more for the AC one ($22.80 v. $19.10), and the day I purchased I think the steel one was on sale for another $5 or so off (around $14.99). The pan is fine but purchase the less expensive one (and maybe watch for it to be on sale). Note there was a model number on just the "steel" one, not the "carbon steel" one - so no way to verify if they are the same.
