Title: Worked exactly how I wanted it to.
Review: I bought this primarily as a steak holder to sear the fat caps on New York strips and picanha steaks. Used it for the first time and it worked perfectly. I was able to sear the fat and get it nice and crispy without having to hold each steak individually. It will function as a rib holder secondarily.
