Title: PERFECT for anything you’re roasting!
Review: My favorite thing about this roasting rack is that the meat/poultry will sit higher up to allow a perfect amount of room underneath for things like potatoes or vegetables. It is dishwasher safe so extremely easy to clean.

Review: It held the 22 lb turkey up and out of the drippings. That way not only did the back get crispy skin but I didn'thave excess drippings trying to run off the carving board. Because of the chrome plating it came clean in thedishwasher. Finally, I'm not 100 % certain this is why but that bird cooked faster than ever. A 22lb bird in under3 hours! I believe it will work well for our Christmas ham as well. Thoroughly pleased
