Review: I was expecting to find a cookbook of Jamaican delicacies; however, to my surprise there was so much more!This book takes you on a history journey of the Jamaican cultural roots accompanied by the great recipes of food that we all love.Scrolling through the book I saw most of my in-laws favorite dishes that I adore â including Easter bun. I recall having the bun and cheese (yum) during Easter weekend and the memories of the elders preparing the family dinners.These recipes are hard to obtain and appreciate H.Eâs curation of each recipe that touches our hearts, feeds our bodies, and inspires our souls.You will enjoy the book and will gift it to others as I have.

Title: OMG! This book is everything!
Review: I love to cook and Jamaica is my favorite island! From start to finish each recipe is easy to follow. The substitutions and glossary list is ingenious, because some ingredients are very hard to find, or unfamiliar. My taste buds are begging me to further satisfy their cravings with more recipes in this book. So far everything is spot on! You will not be disappointed!
