Review: I suffer with pcos & an extremely heavy flow so I've always had to double up pads with other brands. I only need 1 of these to provide full coverage & are thin enough they're barely noticeable, even while wearing leggings, although I do wear a longer top just because it makes me feel more confident. Leaks haven't been an issue for me, although I wear these as back-up and not as the 1st line of defense. There are some nights that if it wasn't for these I'd be doing a lot of laundry.

Review: This was my first time buying these pads. I used to buy Always Overnight. I wanted to try these for a while now and for the price and the amount you get I couldnât go wrong. I have heavy periods so I use Overnight pads all the time. I wasnât sure about it being so thin, but it didnât seem to make a difference. I havenât had any leaks even when I thought for sure I was going to. I love that theyâre soft and thin. Itâs comfortable and feels like Iâm not wearing pads at all. I have had a few that have started to come apart after only wearing them for a short period of time (1/2 hour-1 hour), but it still does the job. I also wish there was a better way to reseal them afterward. The stickiness on the wrapper is decent enough if you strike lucky opening it (which I have rarely done). For me it usually ends up on the other half and makes it impossible for me to use the wrapper to dispose of the used pads. Iâve just been using scotch tape to seal it. I love that itâs 3 boxes because it allows you to put them in different places so you have them anytime you need them. Because theyâre thin, you can easily fit many into a purse, backpack or period kit. The cardboard box mine shipped in (not amazon) actually wasnât obvious that itâs a U By Kotex box (just a small label in the corner) allowing for somewhat discreet delivery. Overall Iâm really happy that I purchased these and I think I have permanently switched from Always to U by Kotex
