Title: Just unboxed and still testing out, but so far so good.
Review: Well, it took me a week to get around to opening this purchase from Microsoft authorized refurbished seller “STG USA”, but I finally unboxed today. So far, it seems like a good computer to dedicate to using for my laser cutter in my art studio. It should be powerful enough to handle my programs and it is cheep enough to be a dedicated machine. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had even received a 4 TB HDD rather than the stated 2TB, yay! Also received a slightly faster and 1 year newer processor (i5-4590 @ 3.30 GHz rather than product description stated i5-4570 @ 3.20 GHz). The motherboard and processor are, of course dated, but good enough for my purposes. Once I finish running performance tests, I’ll update my review accordingly.

Title: Came with no WiFi and DVD player did not work
Review: I rely on a PC for my work. Mine broke down after five years. I needed one to replace it. This PC came a few days late. It is advertised as it comes with wireless WiFi. But the wireless WiFi did not work. So I had to run a long cable to get to the internet. The DVD player would not work (it would not open regardless of how many different ways I tried). So I could not upload the software that I use to do my work. I chatted with the seller or someone else. He said he could not help me and had to contact another department. I am quite a bit behind in my work. So I have no choice but to go to Wal-Mart and buy one. It is advertised online for $125 and put a great deal of time into packing it and returning it. This is a lot of work. I resent it more than hanging in the air without a PC.

Title: Great deal
Review: I was anxious about a refurbish but so far it is working fine (one day since set up). The price was so low and even included an unnecessary mouse and keyboard which seemed too good to be true. I think the reason for the price is that it cannot be upgraded to Win 11 which is fine with me. My techie sons told me not to get Win11 and this refurbish was the only way I could get Win 10. I will miss Win 7 but not as much as XP, but I will adjust. The tower is in excellent condition and has what I need to do what I do (not a gamer).

Title: Good deal not a great deal
Review: Mouse didn’t work. Keyboard is bulky and backlit my kid my like that. The internet connection is Ethernet based. I read a review that used a WiFi stick- may look into that. Mine states excellent refurbished but mine is poor from the exterior. Scuffs, dents and scrapes. But I don’t care what it looks like as long as it works. So far so good. (Except the mouse)
