Title: Great grill, you need to buy pellets
Review: My 10 year old son and I assembled the grill probably with in an hour. It was easy to assemble. Never used electric pellet grill before but it works great. We grilled some steak, hotdogs and even chicken and the taste was great. Just keep in mind that you do not get pellets with grill so we got it at Fleet Farm . Would recommend it .

Title: Damaged parts
Review: Recieved the grill and found the lid with 2 large dents. Of course this was after unboxing everything! Shipping box and inside packing was undamaged so it mustve been during the initial boxing. Only option was to try and get everything back in, and ship it back or get a a few $ back.

Title: Updated Review: So Far So Good
Review: Update: finally plugged it in, loaded up the pellets, and the unit is warming up for first fire as I type. Some initial tips on final assembly and operation (so far): 1) when you check to make sure the auger is moving, be patient. The auger turns so slowly you might miss it. Also, it only turns for a few seconds then turns off for a minute, cycling back and forth between turning and being motionless; and 2) have a small magnet ready if you need to take off the pellet hopper screen. It is fixed in place by three screws and, if you drop one of those screws, it's likely to fall into the auger access hole and will be a bear to recover w/o a magnet. Other than that, everything's gone according to plan.  I'll update this review as my user experience continues. For now, the item came incredibly well packaged, and was easy to assemble, albeit a lot of steps. Other reviews have mentioned concerns with sturdiness - I don't see the complaint, as the item is well-made and sturdy. Of course, time will tell and I will update the review accordingly. So far, in terms of appearance, ease of assembly, and overall construction, I'd say it's been excellent. One star off because the pellet hopper came badly dented (but not badly enough to impact functionality and I shudder to think what returning this might entail).

Title: Awesome grill
Review: After having owned a Zgrills pellet grill, figured I’d try my luck with this one. The Zgrills worked great and served it’s purpose well over the years and I was skeptical at trying this new brand, King Chii. Well I was not disappointed one bit. It worked as good if not better. If you decide to try this grill I promise you will not be disappointed. I honestly have to say it worked better than I expected. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Title: If the dollar store sold a wood pellet grill. It would be this one
Review: Where to start.. well what do you expect for a 300$ wood pellet smoker. It’s thin metal like aluminum beer bottle thin. The probably toxic coating all over it is probably thicker and holding the whole thing together, that and the silicone… yeah silicone lol is it special black heat resistant silicone… who knows but it’s on every seem. And i think I sneezed on it made a scratch in the ..coating, paint, plastic wrap it’s covered in. Is this even safe for cooking inside? Like will my food smell of toasted woodchips and formaldehyde? The wheels are heavy I guess to keep its top heavy status grounded but since it’s only 28 in.( Mid thigh high for me ) it don’t have far to fall. So it’s a back ache to cook on as well. Wow they really can make anything out of those thread rivet things so now not only is everything made out of mystery metal it’s fastened together with more mystery metal. So what I’m gathering now is it’s a disposable wood pellet grill. Use it for the weekend drink your natty light and cook some burgers. Then pitch it in the trash. Be lucky if it lasts one grilling season. It’s a waste of freight cost. Probably cost more in materials man hours and diesel full to get it to me then was spent on the whole manufacturing process. But wow can they pack a box. Had instructions how to unpack the thing the I guess so you don’t break to many parts Surprise no crazy glue included to make repairs after assembly. Try another brand this thing is King Chitty
