Title: Effective, professional grade tool
Review: I’ve just completed my third treatment, and I am very happy with the results. Although the depth setting only reaches .25mm (superficial needling/enhance product absorption), the 16 needle cartridges are able to penetrate a bit more and aid in texture smoothing. I have seen an improvement in the smoothness of my skin overall. I can definitely recommend, especially if you are just getting started with at-home micro needling.

Title: So disappointing
Review: I have been using a dermo roller, so I decided let’s step my game up and get this. So disappointed. I attached one of the needle packs to the pen and started using it. Did not feel or see a thing. I thought needles might be defective. So I opened a brand new one and tried again, ended up with same result. Ian so sad and disappointed I had high hopes
