How to clean the stainless steel griddle?

While the griddle is still hot, use a flat metal spatula to scrape off food and grease,apply a stainless steel-safe cleaner or sponge and dish detergent.

For stubborn streaks, you can use a mixture of white vinegar and water.

How should this be seasoned？

Seasoning stainless steel griddle is not always necessary, but it can make the griddle easier to clean and prevent food from sticking.

You can use grapeseed or linseed oil, Avoid using too much oil, as it can cause sticking,have fun~

Is it compatible with any particular grill models?

it can accommodate a variety of grill sizes and brands. For your specific grill model, I would recommend measuring the dimensions and comparing them to the listed product dimensions to ensure a proper fit.

I have a 6 burner gas grill. Any recommendations to prevent warping？

The griddle is specifically constructed to prevent warping. There are reinforcing cross pieces on the underside. Do not place griddle in excess of 600F.

Tips:Let the griddle warm up slowly to a moderate temperature before adding food.

How do you clean out the grease trap？

Put damp paper towels in grease trey when cooking when finished just pull them out grease will come with towels then wipe clean with damp cloth.

Title: Heavy duty good quality nice to have
Review: Like this product. i have limted space on my deck. This fits perfectly on my 3 burner weber Series 315.Under high heat, no warping. Very well made. Reltaively easy to clean as it has a drip tray for scrapping things down into.It really opened up new cookng ideas as well. Cheesesteaks, never made that on a grill. Flattop burgers with no flareups, flat top stir fry, cooking a bunch of bacon outside without my wife yelling at me for stinking up the house, priceless.Spatulas are good width and length to foods.well made, clean up easy and feel good in my hand.

Review: Been grilling on same grill now for 18 years, been wanting a flat top to add and read many reviews, little more costly than some S/S types advertised but since starting to use it it will not leave the top of my grill, I’m 100% satisfied with its performance and and the way it cooked, I seasoned it as instructed by doing the 1st cook with bacon and it worked. Only very small negative is the grease drip area, had to wait until next day to clean once the grease cooled and hardened, but that end up cleaning fairly easy with the supplied scraper,

Review: I really like this little griddle. I was using a Blackstone 36" stand alone griddle, but hated cleaning it and eventually topped using it because of that. This is small enough that I can carry it to the trash and scrape everything off into the bin then wash it in the sink.

Review: The materials of the product is great! Does not warp, exact dimensions it said it was. The quality control is severely lacking.-both spatula and scrapper that were included have blemishes that cause scratches on cooking surface.-back right corner weld is bad and leaks small drops of grease on to flame.-missing one screw and one nut for the handle.-ZERO instructions, seller contact or any paperwork at all included in package.It gets the job done but is just frustrating. A $100+ piece of metal should not have this many problems.
