Title: The perfect cordless vacuum!
Review: Since 2014 I have purchased 7 cordless vacuums with the last being purchased in August and didn't even make it 5 months before it broke. If fact I am lucky if any of them lasted a year or more before breaking. I didn't expect this one to be any better but I was wrong! It has the attachments I need, light weight, and has the strongest suction of any of my past ones. As soon as I started to assemble it I was impressed with the quality. I have 3 cats so there is a lot of cat hair but this picks it up with no problem and it is easy to clean. I usually only write a review when I am not happy about the product but I am so happy with this I wanted to share it.

Title: Amazing Upgrade
Review: Finally upgraded from my old Bissell Lift-Off which lasted 10+ years. The old one could only do like maybe 2 rooms before loosing charge. This vacuum cleaner did 4 rooms and was still at 50%! The lowest setting was more than enough, it even picked up large salt chunks from previous winters I couldnât even see in our shoe closet lol. That light in the front is great. It was actually fun to clean today!

Title: Overall very good, a couple of things I wish were different
Review: Until this year, other than the vacuums which I sent my kids off to college with (cheap stick vacuums), my experience had been with corded non-stick style vacuums. I do love the ease of use of stick vacuums and how easy it is to maneuver them, carry them up down stairs, and to vacuum stairs with.Overall, I am very pleased with this vacuum, but there were a couple of features that fell short compared to my current favorite cordless stick vacuum. First, it rolls O.K., but doesn't have a super smooth motion to it. Second, no matter what height I adjust the arm to, when I try to vacuum the stairs, it keeps locking itself into the upright position--I have not had that problem with any previous vacuum. Third, although the filter is washable, it doesn't come with a backup filter so you do have to wait for it to completely dry before you can vacuum again. Although I like the concept of HEPA filtration, despite being very allergic to dust, I don't notice any difference between this vacuum with the HEPA filter and our other stick vacuum without a HEPA filter and I am not too keen on having to replace the HEPA filter at least every 3 months. Last, although most of our floors are either wood or vinyl, we do have large rugs in some rooms. Even when I have the vacuum on the lowest power mode, it makes unhappy noises when I attempt to vacuum the rugs. Some of the really good features of this vacuum include the battery run time. I still haven't figured out how long it takes to recharge the battery as at some point I always forget to keep checking and then find that it is several hours later and it has finally recharged. It is a good thing that this battery has overcharge protection! I am hoping that when the day comes that the battery stops working (which hopefully will be long, long in the future), it is something which can be replaced so the unit can still work. I can not find any instructions regarding that in the booklet which comes with the unit (which does give very clear instructions on how to clean parts of the vacuum and take the roller off if there is an especially bad hair tangle). The light-up symbols are clear and straightforward. I also like how there is the indication light on the battery so you know if the battery is fully charged or not if you are charging the battery separate from the rest of the vacuum (better yet if you charge the battery on the vacuum as then the battery bars show clearly where you are in the recharge cycle). The vacuum has good suction power, even with the unhappy noises it makes on our lower pile rugs. It does an especially wonderful job of suctioning on hard surfaces no matter what power level it is on.

Title: Great portable vacuum. Perfect for my camper and home project cleanup
Review: I mainly got this for our camper. We have a super old little handheld wired vacuum in there that badly needs to retire. I wanted one that used a vortex to collect debris and not just a paper filter, I am so tired of the poor suction and having to clean/replace them. This does what I wanted and more!Again I was mainly looking for the canister style I mentioned, I never knew they had these types of vacuums with powered brushes, I thought they were all just spinning from suction power. (shows how out of touch I am with vacuums) Anyways this beat all my expectations and does a great job for a cordless vacuum. If you have carpet I would not get rid of your full size corded vacuum. While this is a great little vacuum and it does well on carpet it just does not have the power to really get the dust/dirt down in your carpet. Where this shines is that it is very light and portable and is all you need on hard surfaces like wood floor or tile. If you have debris larger than a pea that does not fit under the housing of the roller very well, you kinda have to maneuver it over them to get them sucked up or just pull the roller attachment off and suck it up.As others have stated, hair does tend to wrap around in the canister and forces you to have to pull it out to get it all out but that has been an issue with all canisters of this style that I have seen so nothing new here. It is easy to pull out and it usually all comes out together in one pull. The vacuum extends pretty high, I am 5'11" and it extends higher than I need. The attachments are handy for a variety of uses. I will be using this for little projects around the house that leave debris from drilling or cutting. The vacuum does hold itself up fairly well when connected to the roller attachment so you can just slide it into a closet and it should not fall over. It's not super stable due to being top heavy but it is stable enough.I wish the battery charging and mount setup were a little better. I can't mount the vacuum to the wall without the battery, basically the mount holds the battery which then holds the vacuum when the battery is attached. So if I want to take my battery to the counter to charge it the vacuum cannot be mounted on the wall while doing so. I am sure they expect you to charge the battery while its on the mount but where I want the mount there is not an outlet. Also if they want you to charge the battery while it is mounted I wish it had contacts on the battery so that you can leave the charger plugged into the mount and when you hang up your vacuum it just starts charging/maintaining.At full power with the roller I would say I get about 15-20 min of use before needing a charge. I bet you could get closer to 50 min on low without the roller attachment.

Review: I chose this stick vacuum as I've always owned either canister Kenmore or upright Shark vacuum cleaners. Both do/did an excellent job but being in a house with all tile/hardwood floors & area rugs plus a dog and cat, they're too heavy for those in-between cleans. My wife and I had been looking at stick vacuums for some time and found most of the brand-name units to be either in the ~$200 or ~$450 range. When the opportunity to try out this model came around, I jumped on it.The pros: This vacuum is light, extremely maneuverable and quite powerful when set to the highest of its three power settings. I'm actually blown away by how easily this thing gets under the couch, credenza and around the dining room chairs, no vacuum that I've owned has ever been able to do so without banging things around or worse, leaving dents/marks on furniture. The three levels of power work well on hardwood/tile but I find myself using the medium and high setting more often than not. Low works OK for pet hair but not much else. The telescoping tube that connects the motor/dirt canister is easy to extend/collapse and with the crevice and upholstery tools, makes this vacuum pretty great for car cleaning and getting in between the cushions of the couch, etc. Amazingly, I don't even have to collapse the tube to get under the couches to vacuum all the way to the wall. Further, the small foam filter is easy to remove and is washable. The instructions state to do so every few months and replace each year but I hope the filter lasts longer than that. Getting replacement parts for non-name brand products (and even some name brands these days) is infamously difficult.Another feature that I appreciate is the removable battery. I wasn't able to find a good spot on the main floor to mount this to the wall, nor a good spot with power access in the basement. The removable battery makes it easy to charge the device should you need to mount it somewhere away from an outlet. As my video shows, it does a pretty great job of picking up a lot of debris. It's been a godsend for collecting pet hair that accumulates just about everywhere.Emptying the canister is quick and easy with a button that drop open the bottom for releasing dirt. I found that all of the pet hair tends to wrap around the center of the canister and I need to reach in and pull it all out but it's really not a big deal.An unexpected feature I adore is the very low-to-the-ground LED lights on the front. They light up the floor at such a low angle, you're able to see pet hair and dirt that you can't see from above. It's amazing how much it highlights and helps quite a lot in directing to where there's dirt. It even shows a layer of dust that just isn't visible from above (and the vacuum is able to clear that dust too!)The cons: The product description states that the runtime on this device is about 50 minutes but this is likely only on the low power setting. Using medium or high, which you need to if you want to do any serious cleaning, will yield a fair bit less than that, maybe 25-30 mins. My house is small so it's not a big deal but if you're planning to clean an entire 2K sq/ft house on a single charge, you're likely to be disappointed. Considering that all battery performances fade over the course of dozens of charge cycles, this should be noted.Build quality seems pretty good, however it only took about 10 minutes of use the first time to shred the little black dust sweep on the bottom of the power head (see photo). I ended up just tearing it off as it had completely fallen apart after a few minutes of vacuuming tile and hardwood. No other build/quality issues thus far but that kind of performance right off the bat is not a great indicator. The unit is phenomenal on hardwood/tile and does pretty well on low-pile area rugs but smaller mats are a problem. It's smart enough to power down the powerhead when it detects a snag but this happens with all of my entry/bathroom/kitchen mats. Unless the mat/rug is heavy enough to hold itself to the floor, and the pile is low enough, this vacuum will suck it up, jam and stop working every time you roll it backwards over a mat.Not really a product flaw but the instructions note in several places that the battery can only be charged with the included wall adapter, just be sure not to lose it.--All in all, it's a decent vacuum and it has some very strong points. Whether it's worth the $50 savings over a lower-end, brand-name stick vacuum is up for debate. If it continues to work, more or less, like it is now for at least 4-5 years, I'll be quite satisfied. If it becomes recycle/landfill fodder by this time next year, I'll be looking to a brand-name for replacement.

Review: 5 out of 5 Stars (5)âââââ[TL;DR][QUALITY] (5/5)[VALUE] (5/5)[EASE OF USE] (5/5)[MET EXPECTATIONS] (5/5)[PACKAGING] (5/5)[REVIEW REMARKS]This cordless vacuum excels in the areas of hardwood, tile, and low pile carpets. This is not a strong performer on carpets that have a deeper pile. With bright LED lights on the motorized brush head, it really does an excellent job illuminating dust, dirt, pet hair, and other debris. This is a function that I will no longer live without. It makes vacuuming that much easier. The expandable extension rod, makes this vacuum re-sizeable for various heights. You can customize the fit for your height. No vacuum is complete without attachments. This vacuum offers 2-in-1 brush and crevice tool, which can be used on the extendable rod or handheld. This vacuum receives acknowledgement for accessibility. The pivoting head makes this vacuum easy to manoeuvre around obstacles and furniture. It also has a self standing mechanism which allows you to stand the vacuum upright without needing to prop it up to prevent it from falling over. The battery life is excellent. I tend to get about three vacuum sessions, which run about 15 minutes each, on a single charge. However, there is still juice in the tank and I have yet to drain the battery completely. These sessions are on flat flooring on the lowest speed setting. The other speed settings are excellent if you require more power, but they do drain the battery faster. The dust collection bin is super easy to dump, with a one button design. The filters built in help trap particles that would normally be recycled back into your living space. This is helpful. All in all, if you are looking for a quick use vacuum, or if you need something to do small cleanups, this may be a good fit. The battery life is as advertised, around 45-50mins per full charge. This is adequate for daily use to clean flat floors, sometimes multiple cleans on a single charge. This vacuum is excellent, specially as a pet owner. It cleans up shedding really well, keeping our floors nearly hair free. It is also easy on our doggo's ears. He is not afraid of the noises emitted. The LED lights help detect his fur on our floors, which is super helpful.Recommended.In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments.

Review: This is a great vacuum that runs on a rechargeable battery and shares common design features with other similar products. It is modular with the handheld center piece handling the battery power, vacuuming, controls, and filters. There are 4 other pieces that connect to the main piece. they are basically 3 different brushing heads and a telescopic tube. Without the tube attached, the device functions as a small handheld vacuum, but of course the size and weight of the main piece would still be there. The most important of the three brush heads is the motorized brush. It has a motor that turns V-shaped brushes inside for better sweeping. Its connection joint can rotate and bend in different directions that makes it possible to reach different places at different angles. Last but not the least, it has LED lights that help a lot in seeing the dirt on the floor. We have a golden retriever, so the LED lights help us locate balls of fur hair quite easily. In daytime, I use short attachments of vacuums quite often as I see balls of hair on the ground, but when I used the motorized brush at night, its LED lights showed that there was so much hair that I missed, as they did not build into balls and became more visible. Normally, the motorized brush heads of other vacuums also help with the upright standing of the vacuums, but with this one, it did not feel stable that way, so I would not recommend planning to leave it standing on its own. Another thing that was not as good was that sometimes the motorized head seems to form an angle with the floor; you will have to notice that and unfold the angle so that the head will be parallel to the floor. The other two brush heads are a dust brush and a long crevice, but again, the "long" crevice did not feel as long as those of other vacuums. One thing different from other vacuums I used was that the dust bin was parallel to the extension tube and attachments. This did not make much difference with the motorized floor brush, but with shorter attachments, it provided some extra distance to the attachments, and as a result, shorter attachments did not really feel short. With other similar vacuums, the shorter attachments felt quite compact with the dust bin perpendicular to the attachment bayonet, adding little distance to the tips of the short attachments. With the "long" crevice being shorter than those of other devices, it felt weird to use it in short distances. You would have a long dust bin at the end and a "shorter than usual" "long" crevice at that end.I normally support using AC power in such devices to make sure you always have a good level of power, but of course, rechargeable batteries give you the freedom of going anywhere without changing the plugs to different outlets or wondering how far the cord will let you reach. It was naturally more practical with the batteries, but of course, they also limit the duration of use. I think these batteries were fine for a condo, but then again, if you use them often, you have to charge them often. They did not seem to miss out on power for now, and I hope they will keep working long enough with a single charge in the future too. The battery can be charged while it is on the device or it can be removed from the device and be charged by itself. The suction power looks good. You can run the vacuum in 3 different speed settings, but of course, the faster the speed, the faster the battery will run out.The dust bin is transparent, so you can see how much (and with what) it is filled. Unlike some other vacuums, the bin can be separated from the motor/handle, so you don't have to take the whole thing for emptying. A single button opens the bottom lid of the bin for easy disposal, but you will have to do a cleaning of the filters in the bin area from time to time too. The availability of filters for the device's lifetime is important, but unfortunately I cannot be sure how that will go. You will need the manufacturer be both still active and offering spare filters during the lifetime. Some similar vacuums come with spare filters, but as far as I can see, this one does not.Overall we loved this vacuum. Its price was not available at the time of writing, but it seemed to be at $150 CAD at the time of ordering. While that is still a good price, I have seen similar vacuums at much lower prices, I remember one going at $110 CAD. I like it, and I can recommend it, but as I have explained, shorter attachments feel a bit weird to use, and you can get a better deal if price is important for you.

Review: I donât think that we have a âplug inâ (corded) vacuum left. While some of them have been good vacuums and some of them have been quite expensive, none of them have offered the convenience or ease of use that the new generation models such as this do. We have every intention of gifting this to our daughter whose corded model causes her no end of frustration. If youâre not expecting it, the small size of the package containing this vacuum will amaze you! The compact size can partly be explained by the telescoping wand that requires far less space than the older, fixed length ones do. Upon opening the box, you will find a comprehensive, well illustrated booklet providing instructions on everything from assembly to how to read the digital display to how to perform maintenance on the unit. Thereâs no question that the vacuum is a breeze to set up. After inserting the unitâs battery, click the telescoping wand and the power head into place; we had the unit plugged in to charge in about ten minutes. While the manual makes no mention of charging the unit before use, this is something we routinely do.The unit has three different suction modes, low, middle, and high. At the low setting (which we found was all we really needed for standard cleaning), we found that the vacuum came close to reaching the 50 minute run time advertised on product page. Of course, the vacuum runs for proportionally less time when higher speeds are selected. This unit is quiet, far more so than our older stick vacuums. You are able to recharge the battery whether or not it is attached to the vacuum; just plug the adapter (included with the vacuum) into an electrical socket and the other end into the battery. A mounting bracket is included if you wish to mount the unit on the wall for storage and recharging. Happily, the vacuum can also stand in a stable upright position for storage and/or charging. Besides the wand and power head, the set includes two basic accessories, a crevice tool, and a â2 in 1â brush. The telescoping wand was easily adjustable (it has eleven available height settings) and worked very well; it made it quick and easy to reconfigure the vacuum for cleaning stairs or walls. We were very impressed with the design of the machineâs power head! Itâs relatively compact and has a swivel neck which gives it maximum maneuverability when vacuuming around furniture and appliances. The unitâs powerhead has the additional advantage of having a very low profile which allows it access to low clearance areas which are seldom vacuumed! Even when the power unit of the machine is sitting flat on the ground, the power head remains in contact with the floor. The LED lights on the powerhead are bright and clearly illuminate the area directly in front of the machine making it much easier to see specks of dirt; we always insist that any vacuums we order have this feature. The unit was tested on a thick pile carpet, a Berber carpet, vinyl planking, scatter rugs, and linoleum. In every case, we found the suction to be very good; the vacuum is effective at picking up lint, dirt, crumbs, and hair. One of the nicest features of this vacuum is its digital control panel. In addition to an on/off switch and a suction level indicator (three fan shaped symbols), it indicates when a roller is tangled, when there is a clog in the air duct or dust cup, and when the battery requires recharging.Cleaning the vacuum is very easy! Removing the telescopic wand allows proper positioning of the dust bin over a bag or garbage can. The bin is opened using a simple release button; the process is uncomplicated and effective. The dust bin, the vacuumâs Hepa filter, and the outside metal filter assembly which houses it can all be removed and cleaned (although we did find removal and replacement of the bin challenging). The roller brush is easily removed from the power head, simplifying the cleaning process. I was happy to see that a storage area for the vacuumâs accessories is built into the wall mounting bracketIt would have been nice to see an extra Hepa filter included with the vacuum (although the one included can be cleaned and reused). Also absent was a hair cleaning tool for use with the power head roller. We quite like this vacuum! It is light, quiet, simple to operate, easy to clean, and highly maneuverable! Happily, it is capable of vacuuming the main floor of our house on a single charge. With only a small storage area required, it is perfect for condos or small apartments. Currently priced at $130 CAD (with coupon), it provides excellent value. Highly recommended!
