Title: Fits Larger Phones, Stays in place, easy to mount
Review: I had other types of phone holders for air vent that never stay in place, fall off completely, flimsy and block the air flow.This one is different. It has 2 secure ways to hold my phone. It opens wider for larger phones with covers. I like this one a lot. It mounts into vent with a hook and tightens securely, so it does not fall and it keeps my phone in place. It also allows vent air to flow through. It has a release button, so you don't have to pull it open to take your phone out. Make sure to secure it well into the vent blade! So far, its great.

Review: Bought to mount my phone to use for GPS and podcasts in android auto. Solid mount, holds my phone well enough, looks nice. Of course it blocks my vent some, can minimize by turning it clockwise so that it doesn't loosen, but have not come up with better mount so far. Good low price solution.

Title: Works so great!
Review: I had purchased another holder that had suction on the window or dash. It was very bulky and took up a lot of windshield visibility. I thought I would try this. It's so awesome! SO easy to install, it fits snug into the vent. There is a knob that you turn to make the clip as long as you need to accommodate and size vent. Then you twist it to tighten.Highly recommend! Holds my iPhone with no problem, easy release button to remove phone.

Title: Convenient and works well
Review: My windshield holders always ended up falling, but this holder is pretty secure in the vent. Hooks onto the vent slots and is mostly secure. It home in place while the phone is in and swivels to your adjustment. The newer version looks like it might have a stronger hold, but this one works pretty well. The only thing I'm concerned about is when the car's heat is on, it may heat up the cell phone, but I'll close the vent and hope it doesn't. We haven't had come enough weather for me to try that yet. On the upside, when the AC is on, it keeps the cell battery from getting overheated. When I previously had my windshield holder my cell battery would overheat because of the sun exposure. Overall, best holder I've had to date.

Title: Great well designed car phone holder.
Review: I like this phone holder a lot. I needed something that has a wide and tall grip and won't let go of the phone. This holder was very easy to install with an adjustable metal hook that attaches to the back of a vent blade. Once attached tightly it will not let go. It grips very strongly with the base tightened against at least 3 blades which forms a very stable base. The .8" tall side grips were just what I needed since my phone with its protective case and other items is about .7" thick. My phone and case is also about 3.5" wide, so the 4.2 " opening works fine. Once the phone is placed in holder just push the grips toward the phone tightly. I was able to locate it perfectly between my car power button and center display so I can still see everything clearly. I love its location. Its very easy to reach and I don't need to take my eyes off the road. With an easy to install ball above the hook adjustment knob, it just pops into the back of the holder and then you can tighten it to your preference. It has a universal 360 deg swivel around and can swivel about 60. deg. backwards and forwards. Just push an easy to get to button on the back and the grips open slow and smoothly. The holder does not really block the vent that much since it is held about 3" above the vent. I still feel a lot of air coming from that vent. I really don't have any other place to mount a phone holder without interfering with something and I don't like mounting on the windshield or dashtop. This holder will not block any view through the windshield. It was only $11 and seems really well built and holds the phone stably without any real vibrations. I am not worried about the phone falling out of the holder.

Review: It’s pretty good. It didn’t want to stay hooked on the vent and took several tries. The washer to prevent the actual phone holder from moving doesn’t stay tight but it overall does its job!
