Title: I love this little phone
Review: I really love the Unihertz Jelly Star tiny phone! The unboxing was a lot of fun with the cool packaging design. At first it seems like a plump little phone, but it is so perfectly ergonomic in the hand. The screen protector and clear case are pre-installed which is a great practice. It is easy to hold and easy to pocket in my straight fit pants. I ran 6 miles with it on the first day connected to my Fitbit and it was a great experience. I listened to a podcast, was using GPS, and bluetooth Jlab sport headphones were connected, and it handled it all no problem. Also, it was so nice to have a small device with me as opposed to my giant Moto G G5. The screen is crisp and it will take you a bit to get used to the tiny yet useable scale of the Android and app UI. The phone call quality blows my Moto G series phones away and my wife says I sound great. The speaker phone is very loud and of decent quality. The battery life seems pretty good and should last me a 1 1/2 day with my use of running, podcasts, and communications with family. The fingerprint sensor is so good and is in just the right place on the back of the Jelly. I love the programmable red button, and have it set to Google Assistant so I can ask it to tell me jokes 🙂 If you long press the shortcut button you get the flashlight by default which I love. The keyboard seems ridiculously small but somehow it works well, and I can swipe type pretty easily. The back LED glyph lights seem like a fun gimmick, and they are and bring me joy in how they are used. I did disable them for music, but it is fun to show off for your kids. I love how they notify you when you are charging, receive a notification so you don't need to look at your phone, and have a neat sound paired with them. Also, there is a front notification light that takes me back to my Blackberry days! This phone seems to get out of the way and alerts you without the need to be drawn into your screen. I don't know about the camera quite yet, but I am sure it is a decent enough shooter for my needs at 48 MP. This might be my perfect minimalist phone paired with the Indistractable Launcher. This takes me back to when phones were fun and I am sure you will enjoy it too if you are looking for a tool and to get away from large screen phablets that have taken over and are designed to make us addicted. I hope Unihertz keeps making phones at this sale and add 5g next please.

Title: Very happy with my tiny phone
Review: This puppy is a fully featured android 13 phone and it is running just as smoothly as the one it replaced. There is no slowing down here. Every program from my old phone is running quite normally here. The screen is much more colorful and detailed than expected. Sound quality is loud and clear. Yeah, the battery is small. But, I have not found that to be an issue, especially when this phone charges back up super fast. My only problem has been the fingerprint reader. It only works if I very quickly and firmly press my finger down. I don't know if it is the phone trying too fast to read my print or my finger tips constantly getting screwed up at work. The face unlock works just fine. I love not having to carry around a giant brick phone anymore. Instead, this little phone either slides easily into my pants pocket or inside a flip phone belt holster. I'm happy.

Title: Unique phone that fills a cool niche but with a few minor issues
Review: I got this phone because I want to disconnect a little without being completely disconnected. The small screen is the perfect size for that. I can do pretty much anything I could with a normal smartphone but it's not as addictive. I love the small size for texting with one hand and for the comfort in the pocket as well. Android works well on it, camera is great, and I like the LED lights. There's also a notification light on the front which I've found really nice. Phone comes with a case and screen protector which is really nice too. I also love the programmable exterior button. The negatives are pretty minor but worth knowing about. The fingerprint reader doesn't seem to work as well as my old phone for some reason. My old phone read my fingerprint 99% of the time but this one is more like 80%. It's not a huge issue but noticeable. The battery life seems shorter than I would have expected too. Definitely enough to get through the day but not as long as I would have thought for such a small phone. I use T-mobile, and when I put in the SIM card I got a text from them saying the device was "partially compatible" meaning it doesn't have all the LTE bands, but I haven't noticed any issues with coverage or speed where I live. The keypad is a little small for me. I sometimes mistype things with my giant hands but it's still pretty good. I just need to focus a little more. One of the advertised features is that the phone can double as a remote control but it would only find the power button for my TV and not any of the other buttons (I have an older TV so maybe that's the issue). The biggest negative for me is that the ring vibration is pretty low and so I rarely notice when someone calls me unless I have a nonsilent ringtone. The problem is that both notifications and ring volume are connected in settings and so I can't have a ring without getting a chime for notifications too (which I don't want). I've just been missing calls which is fine but if someone has a need for more reachability they might want to think about getting something else if they don't want notification chimes. Finally, my eyes do strain sometimes when I'm reading the small screen for very long.Overall I like the phone and intend on keeping it and I love that unihertz is creating some cool products that no one else is even close to thinking about.

Auto mode is a bit on the yellow side when you take pictures at night.Overall, I am enjoying my experience so far. I just hope that the company continues to roll out security updates.

Review: *Powerful* phone. Hi-res/bright screen. Android 13. All the bells and whistles. Customizable hotkey button. NFC for payments. Fingerprint sensor. Good battery life for the size. _Everything_ works without an issue. Easily replaceable screen (though it costs ~50 EUR). Yeah, it's slightly thick. But you can put it virtually everywhere/without much trouble/inconvenience and basically forget about it.The only "caveat" is that it's of fragile/too slick without a case. And there are not that many cases around for this model. And it's not waterproof/camera is not the best feature of the phone (though it does its job).
