Title: Fantastic phone for kids (or even adults like me who want to protect their mental health)
Review: Full disclosure: I have been a customer of Gabb since September 2023, but became an employee of the company a year later, and have been here ever since.That said, I got this phone on its merits as a way to disconnect more from my devices and connect more with my kids. I am using it as my daily driver and yes, I did port over my number, which was surprisingly seamless.There is no browser (at least that I'm aware of) and to my surprise, you can't log in to any Google accounts basically anywhere (even for calendar purposes) but I was able to get Family Wall which allowed me to sync my calendars in (I will eventually have to pay, but I'm ok with that since I've been looking for a viable option to help my wife and I sync better).The phone itself is pretty awesome, only lags as far as I can see when you're pushing the RAM to its limits, has a headphone jack. Looks premium, feels premium. Fingerprint sensor is built into the power button which is weird for me coming from an on-screen sensor (often forget it's there).The other way the Google accounts matter is I cannot bring over my contacts, so I had to transfer them manually. Also, to my knowledge, Gabb does not offer Gabb Cloud backup for contacts (though they're working on it), so I pray I'll never have to factory reset the thing.I am honestly pleasantly surprised at how seamless the process has been and how smart it feels (despite its obvious quirks for a phone designed for kids). One thing that was an interesting but likable quirk was the Gabb Messenger app. Since I'm using the phone for myself, I can't take advantage of auto-spam filters (meaning all calls except approved contacts are blocked), which is a pain, but it does filter the messages to two spots: messages and requests. This is reserved when there's any numbers you don't recognize. I really like this feature.All in all, it's a great phone. Ten out of ten would recommend as a daily driver, but figure out how to do 2-Factor Authentication somehow. I also wish my NordPass password manager was allowed, but surprisingly I haven't needed it as much.

The real-time GPS tracking through the MyGabb app is invaluable, too. Title: Best phone for kids!
Review: The Gabb phone is such an amazing phone for kids and teens! There are so many things on the internet that I don’t want my kids to see until they are mature enough to handle it. This phone protects your child’s eyes and mind by guarding them from the internet, unsafe apps and explicit music. This is talk and text only, no open internet connection and they have a safe music and app list. So the kids still get to use the cell phone, but there are safe parameters to help train them. I absolutely love this idea and I’m so happy that someone made this. They also have a few different monthly plans to choose from. And lastly, just a side note… This is a nice cell phone, not a cheapy. The 4 Pro is a Samsung smartphone. My 11 year old is going to be so happy to see this!
