Title: So far so good!
Review: Activation was easy. Online instructions were good. Old phone number ported easily. Inexpensive service plans. Haven't had the need to test out customer support yet.The only downside to Twigby is that they have a lot of upsell services that mainstream companies usually give you for free: caller id and spam protection, both upsells.

Title: Beware, can be a can of worms
Review: This might work, I have yet to find out after a week of trying to get on their system. No phone support, but chat is good if not 24/7. For a company that uses only Verizon, it has extraordinary trouble porting numbers over FROM Verizon (other plans). Your phone may reside in cell hell as it goes from one to twigby. Mine still is, as verizon denies it has the number any longer and twigby isn't able to connect me. Terrible operation by twigby so far.

Title: Love this company!
Review: Best company for price, signal, and service. Only downfall is no phone number to call for customer service, but their online chat customer service is wonderful other then its not 24 hours. But heck for the price and service you cant complain at all. Switched from the company I had been with for almost 20 years to now Twigby when I found them on accident and found out their service was identical to Verizon which is what I needed. So happy I found them. Switched my elded dad over a couple days ago as well. Just I had to set it up since he still uses a flip phone and that will b the only bad part is if he needs help he will have to contact me for me to contact the company since he doesnt have a smart phone and doesnt know how to use the Internet. And my daughter plans to switch next month as well.

Title: My mom has a working smartphone for $8/month!
Review: My elderly mother is on wifi 99% of the time and hardly uses any data. I switched her to the $5/month plan ($8 after taxes). She gets unlimited talk and text, plus 2GB of data which she will never use! Great plans, great pricing! And very easy to switch her over too!

Title: Added Wife
Review: Added wife who's data usage has grown out of Tracfone. Note that 2G is ~64Kbps after you've used your high speed allotment.

Title: Never worked!
Review: Signed up for the service and the damn thing never worked. I have a Samsung galaxy fold 3, so there should be no reason why it wouldn't work. Couldn't make or receive texts and calls. Now I'm fighting with them on a refund ðCustomer service sucks. Everything is online. 98% of the time, you're speaking to a robot. Everything is emailed too. You never get to speak with an actual person. There's no customer service phone number either on googleAs far as the sim card, it's fine. Nothing wrong with the actual sim

Title: Good service, but two warnings
Review: The card plugged into a $30 (!) LG phone that I bought from TracFone -- and unlocked before changing carriers. It worked after installing it, starting the phone and then restarting once. I've had no complaint about the service, some of it in rural areas... I've read that Verizon (which Twigby uses) has better service in the Boonies than T-Mobile.Customer service is only via chat. That can be tedious when you need lots of interaction -- like to fix a technical problem. Mostly it was fine. But I have two warnings:First, when I bought the service, I read that Twigby has free international calling. The truth is that they'll let you call *landlines* in a number of countries. But there are fewer countries where you can call mobile phones... for instance, not in Italy, France or Germany. Be sure to check their chart of what countries you can call. And the chart was wrong at least once: It said I could call a German mobile phone, but I couldn't. Also, to make international calls, you dial a US access number, then dial the international number. That means you can't call an international number using your phone's contacts. Also, I'm guessing that the person overseas will see the access number on their caller ID instead of my cell number -- although I couldn't confirm that because I couldn't call any of my friends' mobile phones.Second: I read a number of horrible reviews. There were two kinds. One was problems with phones people bought from Twigby. The other was with peoples' numbers that were cancelled, and there was nothing the person could do. I don't particularly care: I'm using Twigby on a spare phone because it lets me get on the Verizon network in rural areas. (My usual phone is with a reliable carrier, who re-sell T-Mobile, that I've used for years.) So if Twigby screws up, I'll give up the phone number and go somewhere else.

Title: Dependable
Review: Easy setup, works great, knowledgeable reps to chat with when necessary, even moving sim to another phone was effortless. I received immediate security email from Twigby confirming switch had been made.
