Title: Bad ptoduct
Review: This is terrible. It is extremely difficult to use. Nothing is user friendly, nothing is in a logical place. Tools are a mess, no layer palette shows that you can see. I tried to use it once and uninstalled it. No browse function either. Corelli has ruined what used to be a great product. I had to find and purchase an older version. I want a refund.

Title: Good program for image creation and manipulation.
Review: I am a big fan of JASC's Paintshop Pro, and I have to admit that I hated Corel for years for buying the company and ruining the software. I used the last JASC version for decades, nursing it through versions of windows and multiple computers. I finally had to admit that I needed software that would support .webp files, so I finally gave their trial version another look. To my very happy surprise, I found that they'd gone back to the JASC-style interface and incorporated everything I loved about the original software and improved upon it. The software is affordable, much easier to use than GIMP, and the learning curve isn't bad -- and if you used Paintshop Pro when it was made by JASC, the learning curve is pretty much nil.

Review: This software is overly complex and slow to start. It has AI photo enhancing, which is sometimes useful, but I find my self going back to really old software like Picasso sometimes to get good quick results with just a couple of mouse clicks.

Review: I am not a novice to photo and video editing. I needed a new photo editor and read the reviews for this product. I just returned it because I found it very difficult to use.

Title: Poor customer service
Review: I followed instructions to download program. I could not run the program because there were 3 ".dll" files missing. I contacted customer support several so times to resolve these issues. There is no human person to talk to, only messaging though Chat. My computer run all the other programs I had installed until downloading this Corel product. I had to take my computer to a specialist to return it back to full operational functions.
