Title: "Extremely" difficult to get loaded, multiple issues, poor help.
Review: I am reasonably computer savey with a strong windows computer, but the trouble I went through loading Paintshop Pro Ultimate, Painter Essentials 8, and Particle shop purchased from Coral through Amazon was the most difficult I have ever had with software.1) I ordered (paid more) for a "box" the box only has a card in it with serial numbers, nothing else.2) The card had a link to download Paintshop Pro 2023 Ultimate. But, although, there were serial numbers for Painter Essentials 8 and Particle Shop (all part of the single purchase), there were no links to download either. The only link as to the Paintshop pro 2023 download. I had to get a hold of the help line to get the links.3) Paintshop pro 2023 would start after downloading and putting in serail numbers due to a missing .dll which I found and downloaded from the net.4) Painter Essentials wouldn't except the serial numbers. And yes, I put them in 4 times double checking each time. I tried the following morning and they accepted. Go figure, nothing different?5) Painter Essentials, once downloaded, would load up, and again, a .dll was missing couldn't find on the net so I got on the help line and they sent me a link after talking to 3 different people and waiting 3 days. I WILL NEVER BUY A COREL PRODUCT AGAIN.

Title: Very difficult for average home photographer to use
Review: This is a very difficult pierce of software to figure out. I’ve been using computers since 1987 (I’m 74) so I’m not new to software. I’m struggling to understand this software and use it with all my vacation photos.

Review: I am using Corel as a substitute for Adobe. I have used this app since JASC made Paint Shop Pro along with my Photoshop. The features are comparable. Files types supported are extensive. Great product for the price... recommend highly

Title: No instructions or links to download
Review: I ordered the digital download with product keys to be delivered instead of direct download.There are no instructions on where to obtain the download links for product. Only the keys for the 3 Corel products that are included with the Photoshop Pro Ultimate. I was not to concerned as I am technical and install product all the time.I could not get downloads from The Corel site, so Googled it. Really should be an easy way to get download for the full bundle I purchased.After Download and what I thought was install, I had to go to the folder product was downloaded to and there were multiple items in folders. I opened each folder and installed but I still can't find Particle Shop. If it is an add on, I can't tell but I have a product key for it. Again Googled to find out how to and I am not able to follow the steps as it says "after you download enter key". Can't find the download. I tried to log off my computer and come back later to try. 2 of the Corel apps are stopping shutdown. I left computer trying to shutdown for 2 hours and finally did a hard shutdown. After rebooting it took 10 minutes for my computer to go back to login screen.I will continue to Google to find out how to add Particle Shop and update my review at a later date.

Title: Does the job for what I needed
Review: I was looking for a decent program to edit real estate photos. Of course, Corel PaintShop Pro 2023 Ultimate has far more functionality than I'll ever use, but it certainly does the job for what I need. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Review: I have only been using this product for a short period of time and may not have discovered all of its attributes. To be honest, thus-far, I am somewhat disappointed with the product in terms of it not being "User Friendly". There is a lack of "Tool Bars" that would make it easier to navigate throughout the program. There is also a lack/shortage of tools that could be used to enhance my digital and scanned photos and slides. Previous to purchasing this product, I have been using: Microsoft "Digital Image" - Suite Anniversary Edition - 2006. I have found Microsoft's product to be much superior and easier to use.
