Title: Great Informative Resource!
Review: This book is extremely well written and documented with easy to understand illustrations. I’ve read a number of senior exercise books and this book does a really good job of relating the excercise to what your functional outcome will be. This book will also give you a vision of what you’ll face from a PT standpoint if you have an upcoming surgery. As a side note the 7 day nutritional meal plan was nice little bonus.
