Title: Easy to setup and operate
Review: This is our 2nd Simply Smart Photo Frame; we have owned other brands also. We rehomed our other brands due to the difficulty of loading photos from our iPhone. No problems exist with the Simply Smart Photo Frame, "Old" people can do it.The new and improved software has simplified the operation and provides no difficulty is loading to separate frame with different owners. Worth every dollar; loved by the Grandkids.

Title: Very nice Digital Photo Frame
Review: Very nice looking frame. The frame itself was easy to set up. Once I downloaded the app to my phone, it took a few minutes for me to get familiar with it so that I could begin to upload pictures from my phone to the frame. It is nice that the app allows you to set a time for the frame to come on in the morning and a time for it to shut off in the evening, if you don't want to keep it on all the time. I tested it out and it worked great. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Review: I would have given this five stars but the first one came and it didn’t work so I had to go through a return process and had to drive to an Amazon return center. We bought my mom one years ago and loved hers. Then I bought my mother in law one for Christmas and thought to myself, “why not get one for myself?” It has been a great way to see my photos of my family and friends. I bought the white frame and it looks nice with my decor. It’s very user friendly, super easy to upload 50 pics at a time.My advice when uploading pics is to crop them so the people are close up in the frame and the pic is landscape so that when it appears on the digital frame, you can see everyone. Otherwise your pic may be too small.

Title: Buyer beware
Review: Between my mother and I, we have purchased 11 frames for gifts within the past 6 months. 2 of the frames have stopped working correctly. The 1st, I received timely assistance and was sent a new frame. I would say I had appropriate assistance from the company. The only complaint is that I needed to pay $20+ to return the ill functioning frame. In my opinion, the company should have paid for the return of their bad product. The second frame however, I have submitted via email and tech support request twice without response. It has been 3 weeks. The company does not offer a customer service phone number, so I have no choice but to continue to waste my time trying to replace a frame that I gifted to my Grandmother. I feel terrible, because she does not get to see me or my children due to COVID, so this frame was a wonderful surprise and she did love it, while it worked. I too love my frame and the ease of the app to add to all of my family members, whom I purchased the frame for. It’s really a wonderful gift, especially in these times! I only give one star because 2 out of 11 frames purchased did not fully work...that’s too many in my opinion. I’m very unhappy with their customer service. I also can not get pictures to email to any frames. The app and website do work well though. I love that I can add multiple pictures, to multiple frames at the same time. If I did this all over, I’d buy a different frame with the app option that allows to add to multiple frames. It’s a wonderful thing, like I said, but this brand is poor. To anyone reading this- Please choose a different frame, but buy a frame, because they’re great! PS I’ve read many comments on Facebook advertisements for this frame, that note the same customer service issues.

Review: I credit my son who introduced me to this item. I bought mine minutes after talking with him and I am absolutely thrilled with the item. Easy to get started, easy to use and the quality of pictures and videos are exceptional. The ease of sharing pictures/video’s is a snap. I highly recommend this item !!!
