Title: I am pickled red
Review: I just made pickled eggs with beets last week. While they are good, they aren't perfect.This book have me several recipe variations to try. I seriously did not realize there were so many different pickled egg recipes out there.My only complaint about this book is that there are a handful of misspellings.

Title: Some useful info and recipes.
Review: So far so good, I just received this book in paperback form and have been reading it. I noticed the Garlic-Curry Pickled Eggs recipe refers to sugar while assembling ingredients but it's not listed with ingredients nor is there an amount? After purchasing this version I think I should have gotten the digital version. There are some interesting recipes and useful information in this little book, I can't wait to try some out.

Title: Very little canning information
Review: Lots of good recipes. But very little information on the actual canning process, shouldn't have canning on the title. Very disappointing when I bought it to find out how to can pickled eggs.

Review: A nice little book with some interesting recipes. Some spelling mistakes and that does not include the difference between UK and US English. Saves rooting around on the net for recipes. Does not go into the canning process in depth so if you're new to canning and wish to hot bath the eggs, read up on canning and don't cook the eggs for too long otherwise you get that grey (gray) 'who's just farted' yolk. Apart from that it's a rather good book and I'm glad I bought it.
