Review: I love everything about it, it's heavy, leans on the deep dish size, and looks great. I'm not much of a pie baker but I make the Dutch apple pie for Thanksgiving and it traveled well in the car and looks great. They said that the pie was good too. Hmmmmm maybe the dish helped.
