Title: Great At Home Pilates Workout
Review: These Pilates Resistance Bands are amazing and strong. I purchased the Pilates System back in February and I have not stopped using them since. You can attach them to anything strong in your and it will provide you a Pilates workout just like the one you would get a gym or studio. I ordered the medium resistance and they are really tight and great for arms and upper body and also for a good core workout as well.

Review: It is really affordable if you look at all the subscriptions you pay monthly to go to Pilates. It is so convenient to have it at home or if you are a die hard take it with you to travel. I have the 2 different bands soo my husband and I each attach to a different door and do the same exercises on different strength levels. Soo big win in this household.

Title: Best Resistance Bands I Have Used
Review: My Pilates instructor told me about CoreFirst and said that they are the only thing he has ever recommended. So naturally I ordered a set and have been loving them since they arrived. The quality is excellent and they allow me to do similar core stability exercises that I would normally have to do on a reformer. Money well spent in my opinion.

Title: Great for travel
Review: I purchased this product specifically for an extended trip. There will be a lot of time in the car as well as days hiking many miles. As I will be missing me twice a week Pilates class I wanted a similar method of stretching while on the road. I only recently received the CoreFirst, but have watched the introductory videos and practiced with the apparatus a bit. Looking forward to using it. It easily fits in my Yoga bag and I should be able to set it up in most of the places we are staying. It arrived safely packaged in only a few days.
