Review: I bought these for my wife and myself to help with neck pain! This pillow is incredible. You should buy it. It’s supportive, soft and cool. It doesn’t fill up a standard pillowcase but I don’t mind. I will update this review if my opinion changes. I just had the best night of sleep I have had in a year.

Review: Over the last 4 years, I have spent a fortune on pillows looking for one that will not aggavate an already existing shoulder and neck issue. I already have problems with my back, I don't need persistent head and neck issues. I mean it was so bad that I could open my own pillow business with the money I have spent. I actually had to start throwing brand new pillows in the trash because I had nowhere to put them all, my spare bedrooms were a sea of pillows, I gave so many away too.This pillow is the only one thus far that when I woke up, I noticed that there was no added stiffness, pain or discomfort. I will say it is firm, but not too much, but if you are used to a much softer pillow, you will have to get used to that, and you will, it just may take a few days. It will take a few days for anyone to adjust to this type of pillow, just give it a chance .Make sure you wash the cover FIRST. I put my own pillowcase over the cover. I saw a review where someone developed a rash, they probably didn't wash it, or it was a return. I found out Amazon accepts and resends returns of this product, so be very careful. That can be extremely dangerous. It should be in new sealed packaging when received. This is why I deducted a star.Overall, great support, height is good, the width is fine, It is about standard length maybe slightly longer.For the price, this is a good choice, I recommend it. If I develop a rash or a stiff neck later, I will let you know.

Title: Soft and comfortable
Review: I have neck and shoulder pain and I needed soft, comfortable yet supportive pillow. This pillow meets all those requirements. I was surprised by how soft the pillow was. This is my first time using these type of foam pillows. I'm really liking it. There was no smell to this pillow. I'm a side sleeper who turns a lot when I sleep and I would struggle a lot at night turning and flipping my old pillows around (I used 2 pillows before). I don't have to do that with this pillow. I thought the pillow wouldn't work at first because it was small/skinny since I used two pillows before but I had no using it. I didn't even have to get used to the pillow. I don't like feeling hot at night when I sleep and one of my worries was if the foam pillow would be hot but thankfully, it wasn't. The pillow hasn't magically fixed my neck, shoulder and upper back pain issues but it hasn't added to it. I think it'll take awhile for those issue to get fixed especially since I haven't kept up with the stretches doctors told me to do. I'm never going back to normal pillows though. I find this pillow supportive.

Review: The pillow is very comfortable but surprisingly not as firm as I would have expected. It compresses very easily but is supportive when sleeping.And odd item of note is that the pillow has a mild menthol like smell to it. After opening the package I noticed the scent and left it for almost 48 hours thinking it was related to the packaging. After almost a week of use the pillow still faintly smells.

Title: Great pillow
Review: This is working great! My previous contour pillow was from the Sleep Number store but was quite expensive. It was time to replace it & I was looking for a good one but lower cost. This has worked great! It is memory foam so there is a bit of settling but remains very supportive to my head & neck. I haven’t had any issues with smell or anything else. Just let it sit a while after opening to “air up.” It’s working great for me! Highly recommend!

Review: I ordered one thinking its a good pillow for my neck problem, but it was very soft and feels like normal pillow.. it has some strong bad smell on it as well.. i returned it, and they took it dec 10, until now theyre not giving the refund on my bank.. i called the amazon customer service and they even contacted the merchant about the refund, till now they are not responding about my refund complaint. What is this??? I wont have to return your item if it was good in the first place.. now i return and its giving me another problem.. i dont really recommend buying this item.. so disappointed..

Review: I ordered this pillow last week and it arrived looking like this, fully defective. It appears to me the packaging was poorly done hence the deformation of the pillow profile hence it was immediately returned. I urge the manufacturer to ensure appropriate packaging is maintained moving forward as last thing a customer with neck pain wants to see is his brand new pillow looking like this.I will be looking elsewhere to buy.
