Title: The pillow is EXCELLENT for me but not my husband... see why
Review: I love this pillow! I suffer from pain in my neck and back and I sleep on a mountain of pillows to help cussion my joints, which due to Fibromialgia they are almost always in pain. This pillow has replaced all other neck pillows bar-none. The versatility... I can move my neck to the corners if I need to be higher, my neck is supported very well when in the middle, it keeps its shape while being super comfortable and has support to lay your hands on the sides.Now, my husband is used to laying on a mostly nonexistent pillow. I call it the pancake. Due to this, when he tried this pillow, it was too high and uncomfortable for him. He would have returned it if it were bought for him, BUT IT IS ALLLLL MINE (villainess laugh). So if you also use a pancake pillow to sleep on, this pillow will more than likely not be to your liking.My only want with this pillow is a separate pillow cover that contours to the shape of this pillow. I don't want to get the original one sweaty and would like another for an added layer of protection. I used a regular pillow cover and it makes it hard to support your arms on the side as the pillow is meant to do.Other than that I highly recommend this pillow.

Title: Great pillow
Review: This pillow has a very unique design, which I think sets it apart from other options. It has soft but supportive memory foam that stays cool. As a side sleeper, I found it to be a big improvement on a different curved memory foam pillow that I have used for a long time previously. I have always thought most pillows were basically that same design regardless of price, but this pillow has many innovative improvements that make it a great choice for anyone looking for a better pillow.

Title: Wonderful pillow...for a couple of weeks
Review: I have lots of neck issues and tend to sleep on my stomach. When I first got this pillow, I loved how it supported my head and helped to keep me on my side throughout the night. However, this only lasted for a couple of weeks when the bolsters on the sides of the pillows softened and I was back to sleeping on my stomach. Like others have said, the pillow now seems too low. I do love the feel of the memory foam which is very comfortable.

Title: Good pillow
Review: I got this pillow because I have shoulder and back pain and was looking for a better pillow than my last. I gave it four stars because it takes some time to get used to the pillow and I still feel some pain. That being said, I have had this pillow for 3 days. I am hopeful that overtime my pain will be gone. After just 2 nights my pain is 90 percent less. I am hopeful that with time my pain will go away thanks to this pillow. I am very happy with this pillow over all. I am getting a better night's sleep.

Title: This pillow has improved my quality of sleep/life
Review: I had been struggling to find the right pillow for years. Every pillow was either too soft or too firm. I’d wake up with my neck and/or shoulders throbbing almost every day. I finally realized it wasn’t just the firmness of the pillow, it was the shape. The only way I could sleep comfortably was to use an airplane pillow upside down and allow it to support my neck while letting my head relax back into the open space. So I wanted to find a pillow that had that same effect. I came across this one and decided to give it a shot. I hadn’t slept that peacefully and pain free in years.. I forgot what it felt like to wake up feeling refreshed! I am much appreciative of the quality of this pillow and I can’t see myself ever switching back. I highly recommend!& The cooling effect is just as wonderful.

Title: Supportive
Review: I have been using this pillow for over a week now. I am a super skeptical shopper but I have to say, this pillow has resolved a lot of my sleep problems. My morning neck aches and headaches are gone. I appreciate the concave area for my face, when sleeping on my side. There is also great head and neck support when sleeping on my back. No more scrunching and punching my old pillow to try and support my head and neck. I'm very glad I gave this pillow a try.
