Title: It works!
Review: I've used adjustable pillows for a long time, but find that after a while the stuffing always moves away from my head and I end up "chasing" my pillow all night long. I wake up with a sore neck that usually persists throughout the day and finally got fed up with it. I'm a self-described pillow snob - I'm ultra picky about what works and what doesn't and most research into the "perfect" pillow ends up being subjective. I finally landed on this one, and even though I thought it was crazy looking I decided to give it a go. It did take a minute to get used to it, and I find myself using the edges of the pillow rather than staying in the center, but it worked great! No more neck pain. No more chasing the pillow. The arm rests don't really work for me as I keep my arms closer to my body, but the pillow is comfortable and so far I'm pleased.

Title: A very versatile cervical pillow.
Review: Before turning on my side to go to sleep I like to lay on my back. This pillow provides me a firm support of my head while on my back and allows me to relax and become sleepy before turning over. Sometimes I sweat while sleeping and with this pillow I can just turn it around to a dry side when needed. My head is not large but I would think this pillow would be great for someone with a large head and need a firm support.

Title: Best pillow ever!
Review: This is the best pillow ever! Ive tried many many memory foam and cervical pillows and this is my favorite yet. It has great neck support for side sleepers like myself but is also really comfortable when laying on your back and stomach as well. Also doesnt take long at all to fluff up out of the package and no smell like some other memory foam pillows Ive used.
