Review: The pillows are fluffy after getting out of the packaging and fully recovered. I am a side sleeper and they provide enough support to my neck. Review: I bought this as a throw pillow that I can lean on my bed. It is soft and comfortable while providing some support to my back. Can also be used as a regular pillow I think cuz it suits the curve of my neck.

Title: Flattest pillows I've ever slept on
Review: These pillows are not very "fluffy". It's like sleeping on a stack on pancakes. Not very supportive for your neck. You basically have to fold the the thing in half to get descent support. If you're looking for any kind of neck support I would not recommend this pillow. I will now have to send these back and get something that is more like a pillow. As to the cooling side of it, I did not notice ANY cooling in these pillows. Would not purchase again.
