Title: Southerners (and others) DELIGHT!
Review: Everything you ever needed to know about pimento cheese is in this book (with the exception of one recipe another reviewer noted: Winn-Dixie pimento cheese) with notes and humor to go along with it. Recipes for in, on, under, cooked, cold, warm, hot... You name it; it's in here in some variation. Great book. Thanks!

Review: Love it! The recipes make sense and no, they aren't all for the spread we know as pimento cheese. Many are for everyday dishes we all need in our "easy but good" repertoire. The ingredients are regular pantry and grocery store items just used in a fresher, brighter way. The author's witty commentary is fun to read too. She gives good tips and little tricks along the way. Back to buy more for gifts!

Review: This is so much fun! Not only are the recipes I've tried delicious and new (my friends are really intrigued by my suddenly better appetizers), but they are easy, and the text is a great read. Magness knows the South, her stuff, and is very funny. A great gift. I've just ordered ten for hostess gifts and Christmas presents.

Review: This cookbook brings back GREAT memories! My grandmother had a cast iron grinder that she clamped onto the kitchen counter to make pimento cheese. These recipes are the closest to home that I've found. The pimento cheese biscuits are delicious and perfect for a cocktail party.
