Aluminum conducts heat evenly for terrific results, and will not rust or warp in the oven. A lighter weight formed aluminum pan with premium nonstick interior surface which allows for easy release and effortless cleanup. Pan measures 9.9 inches in diameter and is 2.2 inches in height with an 8 cup capacity. Use and Care: 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. 2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. 3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. 4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Proudly made in the USA

Title: Makes a Perfect Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Review: This cake pan could not be easier to use for making the perfect Pineapple Upside Down Cake. The pineapple slices and cherry centers don't move during baking. The actual cake is light, moist and very tasty.I have been trying to think of additions different than pineapple and cherries. Apple slices with the core removed would work well. Some chocolate cakes with additions would also be appropriate for special occasions such as birthdays.
