Title: Excellent iced tea pitcher
Review: We really like this pitcher. We pour hot water directly from our electric kettle into the pitcher with no problem. The pitcher is easy to wash with a bottle scrubber each day. It also washes up nicely in the dishwasher. I noticed that a lot of people return the pitcher. I think there's confusion on how small 1 & 1/2 liters really is. 1 liter, which is all you'd really want to fill this up to, is a little less than a quart. That's 4 cups. 32 ounces. In my photo I show the pitcher filled with 0.75 liters of steeping tea next to our 1 liter electric kettle. That's how much my husband and I make each summer afternoon. It's perfect for a few glasses of tea. And the pitcher is nice and light, which makes it easy to lift.

Title: Great Pitchers - AND Found a Cork Lid!
Review: Very Pretty pitchers for everything, convenient sizes, well made and hold up to hot then cold liquids - like when making boiling water tea then dumping ice cubes into the hot tea (makes iced tea clear, try it). Bought the 1 qt and the 1.5 qt. BUT they lacked lids. Title: Lightweight, strong, and elegant!
Review: This is an amazing pitcher. It is so light, you will never want to buy another kind. I have been through many pitchers, and my husband and I have always noticed how heavy they are, especially once they are filled with water and ice. We filter our water from the refrigerator so we keep a couple pitchers filled at all times. These are wonderful. They have a feel and a look like they are high-quality laboratory instruments but they’re elegant at the same time. The glass is incredibly thin and incredibly strong. I have no sense that I am on the brink of breaking them at any time.

Title: Beautiful design, great spout, perfect size!
Review: I rarely write reviews. However, this pitcher is so perfect that I had to write one. It is large, easy to clean and and it pours without dripping. I only wish it were thicker glass - like the Bormioli Rocco pitchers.

Title: like it so far
Review: Using this to transport a significant volume of water between tap and Berkey filter. Love that I can wash it inside without special implements, just stick my hand in it with a sponge. Very lightweight. I am a little concerned that it may crack if I set it down too hard on my granite countertops. We'll see how long it lasts.

Title: So happy I found a safe replacement for my Mr Coffee iced tea maker
Review: I was so distraught when I accidentally broke my Mr Coffee iced tea maker pitcher while cleaning it (my fault), and finding out Mr Coffee no longer makes any replacement parts. I tried another pitcher but it cracked on the first use.This pitcher is a great replacement! It is almost but not quite the same size, I can't fit the plastic lid from the old pitcher on this pitcher, it is too tight. So it must be shaped a bit different. But as you can see from the photos, it fits perfectly under the machine with out a lid, and I've used it several times over the past couple weeks with no problems or signs of cracking. Honestly if it wasn't a slightly different size and handle, I would think it was the exact same as the Mr Coffee pitcher, it feels the same. I'm so relieved to have a replacement!One last note about the shipper... I was sad the ship date had a long delivery time, not prime, but actually the pitcher arrived early and it was really well packed and protected! Thanks to the shipper for taking such great care of what was so important to me!
