Title: "Perfect Pizza Boxes for Dough Storage!"
Review: I recently purchased two of these pizza boxes, and they have proven to be an excellent addition to my kitchen. The size is just perfect for storing dough in the refrigerator, making my pizza-making process much more convenient. One of the standout features is the quality of these boxes. They feel sturdy and durable, which is essential for keeping my dough fresh and intact. I have no doubt that they will last for a long time, even with regular use. What I appreciate most about these pizza boxes is the lid. Each box comes with a lid that fits snugly, ensuring an airtight seal. This keeps my dough from drying out and preserves its freshness. Plus, it's a great way to prevent any odors or flavors from mingling in the fridge.I'm so satisfied with these boxes that I plan on buying more in the future. They have become an essential part of my kitchen equipment, especially for anyone who loves making homemade pizza or storing dough, I highly recommend giving these boxes a try.In summary, these pizza boxes are the perfect size, of great quality, and each one comes with a lid. If you're someone who enjoys working with dough and wants to keep it fresh in the refrigerator, these boxes are a must-have. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Title: Perfect size dough proofing boxes for home with commercial pizzeria build quality.
Review: First you have to decide what you want. Are you looking for dough proofing boxes or plastic storage containers? If you want pizzeria quality dough proofing boxes sized for the home look no further. If you are looking for cheap plastic storage containers to use as proofing boxes these are not them. Real dough proofing boxes do not have air tight lids that snap shut to seal . Storage containers do. So are you looking to proof your dough or store your dough. These are well build and sturdy. They have a nice thick rim around the box where the lid sits. These will not twist, bend or flex when you pick them up with dough in them. They are perfect size for the home made pizza dough balls. You get 2 container with 2 lids so you don't have to stack them on top of each other when using them. You can use them separately. Each container will hold five 250-280 gram dough balls without touching after proofing. They can hold six with no problem if you don't mind them touching after they proof, it's your choice. Depending on the size pizza you want to make a 250 gram dough ball will make a 12" pizza. I read other reviews where people received damaged or inferior productMy boxes arrived seal in shrink wrap inside a cardboard box. They were in perfect condition. Not warped or twisted and the bottoms were flat. If you are looking for high quality dough proofing boxes that will last a life time these are well worth the money.

Title: Neapolitan Pizza Obsessed
Review: I am very impressed with the quality of these pizza proofing boxes. These pizza proofing boxes seem very sturdy and highly durable. These are not flimsy at all or made of any thin plastic.I can usually fit 6 to 8 pizza dough balls in each of these boxes. This is made of a thicker plastic material and it seems very durable. I love that these are stackable and fit easily in my fridge.Iâve been obsessed with perfecting my Neapolitan style pizza recipe, and these were the perfect addition to my process. If youâre looking for the perfect Neapolitan style pizza dough recipe, go to mypizzacorner.com this man is a genius. I have used many other recipes, but this one comes out perfect every time.Just a heads up, I thought that these snapped shut but the lids just sit on top. This may be a dealbreaker for some people but as long as youâre aware, itâs not a big deal. I love that I can use these boxes instead of a ton of little containers for the proofing process. It makes clean up a whole lot easier. These are very easy to clean. If you love pizza and making your own dough, these are the only boxes to buy. I have recommended them to numerous family and friends. 10/10

Title: Works as expected but expensive.
Review: Seems sturdy. Bread proofed fine. But $50 for two basic plastic formed trays in generic packing seems a bit high when I can buy two storage totes 5x the size for $14.Itâs a good product. And I wanted them next day. But Iâm not sure what the magic is to justify the high price. And I overproofed my bread but that was completely on me.

Title: Baker must have
Review: To say Iâm in love with this container is an understatement. They are strong enough to hold 6/8 loaf of sourdough dread and enough dough to make 20 pizzas. I have 2 of this container that I like to use for meat only and I can fit 15lbs of chicken breast comfortably. They are super easy to clean and store since you can place then inside each other. Theyâre strong enough and do not bend easily. There is not a strong seal which is fine with me since I do not need it to seal but I can stack products and not feel overwhelmed by the containers taking too much space. Love this container and will be buying more to take on deployment with me.

Review: Arrived on time. Put them to use the next day and worked great. I was using bowls before to proof my dough, but these trays make it much easier. The lids do not click or seal on, but rather just seat in place nicely. Very happy with these and would recommend.

Review: Really solid stackable pizza proofing boxes for home use. Fits in consumer grade fridges (necessary here in Asia as you cannot proof dough at 30C ambient temperatures). Easy to clean. Each box fits 8x 250g balls.
