Title: No More Soggy Bottom!!!
Review: We are thrilled with our new pizza pan purchase. We had been making Roman Style pizza in a normal sheet pan for years and had always struggled with a slightly soggy bottom. It didnât bother us too much because it still tasted good but when we found this pan we decided to give it a try. We are blown away. It is truly magic. The pizza does not stick at all (pictured the pan immediately after taking the pizza out, completely clean). The pan gets and stays really hot which is probably why it gets so beautifully crispy. Our pizza is crispy and beautifully colored, we are so satisfied and bummed we didnât buy this sooner!

Title: Makes Pizza better than any other method I've tried
Review: I was a bit disappointed when I received this pan given that it costs over $50 with shipping. There was a scratch or two on outside of the pan where the coating was missing and the fit/finish isn't the most attractive. But the reviews were so good I had to give it a try. Let me also first say that I've been making home made pizzas for years with various results. I have an Uni pizza oven that when you get things just right, makes authentic Neapolitan style Pizza, but it's a lot of work, you literally have to turn the pizza every 15-20 seconds in an oven that gets up to 1000 degrees. So as I was really interested in how this pan would work as an alternative. I decided to try it first on my pellet smoker/grill. As I was preparing my pizza, I fired up my grill to 450 degrees. The pellet smoker only has open flame on one third of the actual grill, the other 2/3 are grates where you can smoke. My logic here was that a true wood fired oven has a flame in the rear but not directly beneath and I wasn't comfortable heating my brand new pizza pan over an open flame anyway. Once everything was ready, I put my pizza in the pan in my grill (again not over the flame, see the pics) and closed the lid and let it go for 10 minutes, then opened up, rotated it 1/2 turn so that the other side would be closer to the flame and let it go for another 10 minutes. This yielded probably one of the most perfect pizzas I have ever made. Every aspect of it was incredible. Nice thin crispy crust with lot of air bubbles and pockets, the dough was perfectly cooked, no doughy or uncooked areas like I've experienced even with the Uni. The taste was amazing. All I used was a store bought pre made pizza dough, some good jarred sauce (Rao's) and fresh Mozzarella and a bit of parmigiana. And easy! I was kicking out new pizzas ready to cook in maybe 5 minutes of prep time. I've made several pies already and each and every one is as consistent and delicious as the first. I was so impressed I just ordered another of these pans so I can try this out in my indoor oven and of course make multiple pies at once. I highly recommend this pan to anyone who wants to easily make great pizza at home.

Title: Very nice in the hand. Very good instructions. Nice stamp in center.
Review: Arrived well packed in a cardboard box.. not a soft envelope like many resellers use here to disguise scratch & dent items being sold as new. Well wrapped with foam protection. Nice smooth finish. Nice stamp in the center with a small font including the company name as well as, "Made in the USA". The two sheet instructions packet that came with the pan is a fine color printed sheet with thorough instructions on how to use it. The reviews that say theirs warped are covered in full in the instructions. You have to understand metallurgy and finishes to understand how to treat a thin metal coated pan. The instructions help with that. For me, I admit I bought this as an oil pan for my Honda mower as I needed specific dimensions to get it under the width of the front wheels. This will work well and is very high quality. But I believe if you are cooking with this you need to read these wonderful instructions before you use the pan. Wonderful pan; wonderful instructions; wonderful stamp in the center in a nice small font; made in the USA. We can make our own products in the USA. We don't need China and all the other third world countries to make products while they abuse their workers all for a few dollars in the pockets of greedy USA companies. I'll buy again from this company. Might be one of the best purchases I've made in Amazon in my years of use.

Title: It is really non stick
Review: Very impressive performance. Yes u have to hand wash and you also have to use specific scrubbing utensils if you do encounter sticking but WELL worth the effort. First cook was sausage, peppers, onion, potatoes and garlic at 375 in convection oven. Potatoes are notorious for sticking to most oven pans. I got lots of caramelization on everything with no incinerated areas and no sticking even in corners. Cooks very evenly. Build very well with welded corners and nice pinch rim (Doesn't hold water like typical rounded rims on sheet pans). Very happy so far. Read and follow directions so you can be happy too!!

Title: The perfect pizza pan
Review: The perfect pizza pan. Iâve been using this pan about once a week for several years now. Iâve never had a pizza stick to it. Always makes a crisp, crunch pizza crust. Iâve tried a lot of pans over the years and this is the best pan for sheet pizzas that Iâve used. Canât go wrong with it.

Title: Size of pizza pan is perfect but two unnecessary stickers on bottom impossible to remove.
Review: The size of the pizza pan is great, but the two unnecessary stickers placed on the back of the pan are impossible to remove. I tried EVERY method I could find to remove them, and while I was able to scratch off the paper part, the glue residue remains. Iâm concerned about using this pan with glue on it and what will happen in the oven.

Title: You get what you pay for!
Review: I Love this pan for pizza. It takes all the heat required for a decent "Grandma" and "Sicilian" pizza crust! No buckling under high heat. I had a 30-year-old cookie sheet that did the job until it finally, died from natural causes. I researched the best pans for pizza. I was very hesitant to purchase Lloyds pan because of the price. I am glad I spent the money! Lloyd's pans quality is the le creuset of pizza pans!

Title:
Review: I bought this pan to do a pan pizza style of pie in our backyard wood-fired brick oven. Oven was hovering around 600F for this cook. I lightly oiled the pan and used fresh dough to build the pie inside this pan. I let the pan with raw pizza sit out for an hour (while cooking other items) before placing it into the wood-fired brick oven. I wanted to try this pan because pizza dough sitting out can become very sticky on a pizza peel and impossible to move/slide into the over easily. Long story short, this pan worked perfectly. No sticking whatsoever and clean up was incredibly easy. I ended up having to slide the pie out of the pan to finish it on the oven floor as the bottom was not browning at the same rate as the exposed crust, but that is likely because the over was a bit hotter than ideal (probably around 500F would be good), so the exposed top cooked more quickly. Even then, the pizza slipped off of the Lloyd pan easily and the end result was pizza perfection. I will be buying more Lloyd pans. A top performer.
Customers say
Customers like the crust quality, build quality, and ease of cleaning of the baking pan. They mention it helps them achieve an excellent and delicious crispy crust, is sturdy, and doesn't warp in the oven. Some are also happy with its heat resistance. However, some dislike scratch resistance. Opinions are mixed on value for money and stickiness.
