Title: Super helpful, but...
Review: I learned a lot of useful information to think about while making my decision on moving to FL. Information not included in any other FL book I've read, like why pay cash for a 55+ mobile home, but then have to pay $600 (or more) a month in lot rent, when you can use that money to put down on a single family home and probably end up with a lower monthly payment than the lot rent (and a lot more privacy). Of course, with a single family home, you have yard maintenance, and for those of us who are now physically unable to do much in that department, it becomes another financial liability. So many things to think about - but the author makes it much easier to decide. My big problem with this book, is that there are MANY grammatical errors and poor sentence structure which make reading a little tough. Nothing that couldn't have been avoided by hiring a good editor!

Title: Helpful with good facts.
Review: Itâs a good book full of helpful information. My only complaint is that it needed better editing as there are lots of spelling and grammar mistakes that annoy me. It is not as professionally written (okay, edited- the writing is fine but book is full of spelling mistakes) as a regular book should be. That made it lose some credibility to me as it seems it was ârushed.â
