Title: Really excellent guide. MORE than you'll find with Google.
Review: The things I liked the most about this book are 1) the listings are right up to date and are dead-on accurate and 2) the book includes a really well-written guide to casinos and gambling that is honest and quite detailed. There's a nice discussion of the rules and strategies of the various card and table games. There's an excellent guide to resident shows too.As for the city guide itself, the very latest resorts (such as the Resorts World complex) are included, and the insights are candid. I found the recommended locations to be absolutely spot-on, for the strip hotels and restaurants as well as the interesting locations downtown and in the greater city. There's good coverage of off-strip items such as interesting museums and nearby geographic attractions. Death Valley is only 120 miles away, and the Hoover Dam is literally in the suburbs. The Grand Canyon is also on the doorstep.A good guide inspires you to dream about your trip. This one does that perfectly.

Title: Delightful & Detailed!
Review: This reliable guide book to today’s Vegas and close attractions helps you get around and select your entertainment, but also can serve as a wish book for stay-at-homrs and a memory album if you’ve visited recently. LIt is a treasure trove for writers like me who not only have enjoyed the area, but also make it a setting for a book!

Title: PRINT IS TOO SMALL...
Review: The ( PRINT ) is way too small to read... The entire small book on Las Vegas, Nevada, needs ( Larger Print ) to read and enjoy. And..., I have reading glasses... Everyone that came over to the house and picked up the book said, "The print is too small." "I cannot read the book because the print is too small to read." Sad..., but true.

Title: Great Buy!
Review: Me and my finance our planning a trip to Vegas in May and this book is super helpful and full of so much information , mind you I haven't gone in a long time and so much has changed . This will definitely help us determine where we wanna go and what we wanna see . Would definitely buy more of these to help with traveling.

Title: The worst review made me buy this!
Review: I've been to Vegas more times that I can count. I could probably write my own book, but I digress... Got this book because it said it had pics and info, etc. Yeah! The book also excludes a certain hotel from the info and the map of the Strip even tho said hotel is still on the front cover. A negative review made comment to this and was quite bothered the writers/publishers of this book omitted a certain business from the rest. This is what made me actually purchase the book. LOL. Had to share... Bad reviews can be helpful, as well as good ones.

Title: Was surprised how up to date it was
Review: Purchased to read on the plane ride out to Las Vegas even though had done a lot of research online to update myself on the changes the strip has made since 2016. Was very surprised how up to date the book was, had a lot of things that had just happened earlier in the year. I used to get the Ultimate Guide book but while good that one seemed to just cut and paste updates here and there and was never really fully up to date. Will be getting the Fodor's books from now on.

Title: Can't even mention the name "Trump"
Review: It is unfortunate that a book that otherwise has tons of information on everything(even detailed directions to Area 51) didn't even mention the Trump Hotel. The bookhas maps and they wouldn't even show it on the map (even though it is right by theFashion Show Mall off the strip). The contributing writers political bias is definitelyat play here. I have been to Vegas dozens of times and was going to buy this book fora friend--but not anymore.

Review: A brilliant guidebook which covers in detail the whole Lss Vegas experience. It's completely up to date as is published in 2022 and written by 4 writers who are experts on Las Vegas and it really shows. 2 of them have lived/worked in Las Vegas since 1987/1997 and the book is full of amazing detail on everything from shows, pool, spas, restaurants, hotels. Really rich in detail like the Las Vegas hamburger roundup just as an example. There is a really strong section on how to experience the casinos, beginning with a gambling primer, etiquette, lingo, and then a detailed strategy guide to each game from Blackjack to Roulette. One of the best guidebooks we have ever come across.
