2024 the best plantar fasciitis insoles review

The Airplus Plantar Fascia Orthotic Insert provides an arch plate to support the plantar fascia.  This insole is great for everyday wear, and provides comfort, arch support and plantar fascia relief.  The slim 3/4 length design fits into most footwear and won't crowd the toe area. A heel cup provides stability and keeps the foot in place during wear. A gel drop in the heel area provides additional, targeted shock absorption.   A great choice for people that are on their feet constantly.   Designed to fit men's shoes size 7-12.

Title: Really helped for me.
Review: I've had plantar fasciitis twice...once years ago when I was severely overweight, and now a second time that I'm in shape and using a standing desk all day every day. The first time I had to sleep in an expensive prescription brace to solve it. I got these pads last week and put them in some LL Bean house shoes, and 2-3 days later I felt a real improvement! I'd say about 95% better. They didn't fit in my shoes until I took their existing liners out. They feel great and at least for me (size ten feet, 6'3", 215 pounds), they give a gentle support and don't feel like hard round surfaces under your sore spot. Highly recommended, at this price you can't go wrong.

Title: I'm almost scared to write a good review for these
Review: I don't want to be able to find them up so I can't get them anymore. I have found these at a local store unfortunately if I was lucky they had one pair every time I went in. I've asked him to order them for me but the person that ordered them now comes in later so I can never receive them. Amazon to the rescue on that. They have made my workouts a lot less painful. My running a lot less painful just drop them in, position them to the back of the sneaker or shoe. And do as you will. They hold up quite well especially as hard as I am on them. I was amazed at the support in the arch as well as the relief of pain in the heel area.

Title: Inexpensive pain relief! Had to glue them down to keep them from shifting
Review: These are the most inexpensive yet high quality shoe insole I was able to find for plantar fascitis and metatarsal pain. These were cheap enough that I just bought 3 pairs and then glued them into my shoes so they wouldnt shift around. But with the price and the pain relief they give me I didnt mind!

Title: So far so good.
Review: I haven't had these long enough to know if they are going to solve my foot problems but for the short amount of time I have been using them they are making a big difference. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for months with no relief. I have been using these for a week and its already starting to get better. They are very comfortable and seem to offer great support. If you have bad heel pain these will be a game changer. I also seem to suffer much less from overall foot pain when on my feet long days.I gave 5 stars because they are a steal at $9 bucks... the quality and materials used on these are far superior to any of the others I have tried. The four seasons once are great and nice quality but they much more expensive and they are no where near as comfortable as these. What I don't like about the four seasons is it is a pain to transfer from shoe to shoe as the sticky pad is useless after a couple swaps and then the insole moves around when putting your shoes on. These have a sticky gel pad that does a good job of keeping them from moving when sliding your shoes on. Also, at $9 I can put a pair in all of my shoes for the cost of the competition.

Title: Feet hurt? Yes so do mine but your mileage may vary
Review: If you are reading this, then you know why you are looking for a solution. Yes, my feet hurt too, so I know why this is important. I have tried a few different options, from Dr. Scholl's Plantar Fascitis insole and their gel heel pad. They both seem to provide temporary relief from the pain associated with MY condition but there are some compromises with both solutions. The Dr Scholl's version is full length and made my shoes too tight at the toes and the heel too shallow so when waking the back of my foot would pop in/out of my shoe and the toes were being crushed. It was suggested to yank the factory insole out but it is glued in and if I were to forcibly remove them, I may not be able to put them back should I want/need to.Fast forward to the AirPlus version. Keep in mind EVERYONE'S foot is different, how one's daily routine is different so keep in mind what worked for me may or may not work for you. I was concerned that these may not fit or position the support well because it is a universal product afterall. I normally wear a 8.5 mens shoe and since this covered such a relatively wide range size 7-12, I was worried the arch support won't match up.Since this is a 3/4 length insert, it doesn't crowd the toes - good thing. I was able to fit these into my daily sports shoes without crushing my toes. The insert doesn't move around while my foot is in the shoe - also a good thing. The arch support I feel is compromised meaning it isn't high enough for my flat feet. So it provides some support but really not enough. I think the hard plastic insert is too flexible. Again, your feet may or may not need more support.PROS: cost - very reasonable, fit - didn't crush my toes and I did not have to remove the factory insole from my sport shoes, some temporary relief from heel pain during useCONS: doesn't offer enough support for my particular needs, a little too wide at the heel for my feet.OVERALL: if you need an inexpensive insert to help support your feet and maybe offset some plantar fascitis pain, then these are for you.

Review: These are the men's insoles, but I am a large-footed woman so they were perfect for me. Plus the women's insoles seem harder to find. When I was pricing them out I found the Amazon pricing for these inserts was very reasonable.I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis for almost a year and winter boots were just monstrous. I tried various products like heel cups and PF socks but nothing helped. I took a gamble on these orthotics. Initially they hurt like the devil for the first few days. But eventually I adapted to the gait that they were trying to force me to conform to. Once I got past that point I found I could once again walk without any inserts. It's been several months now and I've been through a full summer in sandals which was unthinkable the previous season. Hopefully things will stay on track but if not then I will definitely resume using these orthotics.

Customers say

Customers like the comfort, value, and arch support of the shoe inserts. They mention they feel like a rubber cushion in the heel, don't make their shoes feel too tight, and provide instant relief. Some appreciate the functionality and durability. However, some dislike the slipperiness and have mixed opinions on the fit.
