It's a 2 player race against the clock shootout! Bring the thrills & excitement of the arcade home with Retro Arcade Electronic Basketball. Just like at the arcade shoot as many balls as you can at the basket to run up the score and take the lead. The large LED scoreboard includes a 60-second countdown timer, as well as HOME and GUEST scores. Each basket is worth 2 points, but for the final 15 seconds it increases to 3 points as the alarm sounds. The stadium sound effects turn up the excitement as points are scored and the seconds run down, while the countdown timer cranks up the tension. The smooth spring-powered basketball launcher allows for rapid shooting action. Setup is quick & easy: turn it on, press the button, and it's time to play! For 1-2 players. Requires 3-AAA batteries (not included). Recommended for ages 6 and over.
The premier “drop-style” tabletop game.
Unique spatial puzzle.
Available in 6+ languages.
#2 Family Game of the Year (The Dice Tower).
#3 Game of the Year (Unfiltered Gamer).

Title: Happy indoor basketball kids
Review: As kids growing up, my brothers had a basketball game and not arcade type. The game pushed up the balls on spring loaded devices and launched that ball down the cardboard court into a funky net and yes, we had to keep score ourselves. My grandson loved to play this very ancient game while visiting me and wanted one of his own. This was as close as I could come. This game has provided hours of fun and if you follow instructions are followed while putting the game together it works perfectly! He has had so much fun laughing and playing along with his sister. I'm so thankful I found this game!

Title: fun for all ages
Review: I have a 10yo grandson who asked for a table-top ball game for Christmas so my daughter asked me to order this game for him.As I understand it, he was very happy on Christmas morning when he opened this gift; he loves all games: board games, table-top and hand-held, computer games, etc. He and his friends can sometimes play for hours without a glance at the clock...so I know this game is getting a LOT of use.It is well-built and sturdy enough to "take it."All in all, I'd say this game is an excellent purchase for anyone looking to buy a welcome gift for any child (boy OR girl)...and I guarantee it will get a lot of use!FIVE STARS*****

Title: Great toy, fun at social gatherings
Review: Bought this for a birthday party at a bar and had great fun with it. Of course adults can be a little rough sliding it across a table, so sticky pads underneath will be helpful. Only problem I have is I got a third piece of side panel instead of the original middle piece.

Title: March Madness all the way
Review: I bought this for my team to play during the March Madness tournament. One side would count double points as you made a basket so we had the teams switch (half time) and do a round on each basket to make it fair. Was a great add to the office and added fun at lunchtime when we were playing the games.

Title: Fun for younger kids, but not challenging enough to keep interest going.
Review: The game requires some assembly, which was fairly straightforward, but make sure to put stickers on perfectly from the first try. Batteries are not included - you need to provide 3 AAA batteries pronto, or deal with disappointed kids. Once assembled, the entire contraption is quite big - well, big enough for two younger kids to sit side by side - and the only practical way to put it away is to disassemble back to parts and stick those in the box.The game itself is quite basic, and while engaging at first, that excitement wears off once the kids figure out just the right touch to get the balls into the basket; from that point on it's just a matter of repeating the same action quickly to win the highest score. The older the kids, the more quickly they turn away, at which point it will just sit there taking up a chunk of space until disassembled - or until some friends come over and enjoy the novelty. The label on the package states 6+, I would put 6 at the higher end of the age group to target for this toy.
