Why choose poached egg?
Research at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York indicates that frying or grilling foods at high temperatures can actually produce compounds that may increase body inflammation, which is of special concern to individuals who struggle with arthritis or other inflammatory-type diseases.
Poaching is the healther way!
Poaching is an indirect, moist-heat cooking method that calls for boiling an egg without its shell. Of the handful of conventional preparation techniques, it ranks as one of the healthiest ways to cook an egg.

Making Poached Eggs the Easy Way with Egg Poacher Cups
How Long To Cook Poached Eggs
When it comes down to timing and how long to poach an egg this also comes down to preference. Do you prefer your yolks runny or cooked a bit?
To keep the yolks on the runny side, 5-7 minutes is the ideal time to cook the poached eggs.
If you prefer your yolks a bit more cooked, you could give it a bit longer. But no more than 10 minutes is necessary.
When making poached eggs the timing is really up to you. Once you reach the desired cook time you can turn off the heat.
🥚【PREMIUM QUALITY SILICONE】: food-grade silicone, more thickness than others cheap poached egg cups, BPA-free. Temperature Tolerance: -40℉ to 405℉(0-230℃)
🥚【MAKE PERFECT POACHED EGGS WITH SIMPLICITY】: egg poacher cups are the easiest way to make the best poached egg. During cooking, the poacher stands on the pan and in the boiling water, protects the egg from the tumbling action of water while conducting the heat to poach the egg. The egg is evenly cooked, you can watch and decide how you want the egg. Note: The "perfect" poached egg has a runny yolk, with a hardening crust and no raw white remaining
🥚【NONSTICK AND EASY TO CLEAN】: Spray a little oil or butter before poaching, it is easy to make egg slide right out from the soft silicone with a spoon. To clean up, simply flip it over and wash it or just toss it into the dishwasher
🥚【SPECIAL DESIGNED RINGED BASE WITH RADIAN】: with specially designed ringed base makes it steady on any kitchen surface. So it is also suitable for microwave and oven use. These poachers save a lot of trouble from egg poacher pans
🥚【MULTI-FUNCTIONAL IN KITCHEN】: The poached egg cooker also can be used to melt chocolate, butter, and serving fancy desserts. It is an ideal gift for home cooks

Title: Reading negative reviews makes me truly fear for humanity!
Review: This could not be easier to use if you actually read instructions. Makes the perfectly delicious poached egg. I like mine runny so do 5 minutes. I boil an inch of water in a sauce pan. I add a quick spritz of canola oil to the silicone cup (the kind that comes in the propellant containers), plop in one egg per cup and set in water bath (one inch of water is plenty!), and cover the sauce pan (it should have a steam hole in lid - if not tilt lid so some steam escapes). Cook for 5 minutes for runny and longer if you want it more well done. This works perfectly every time. I tried other oils at first - all sprays and they all made it difficult to get the egg out of the cup nicely. However with the old school canola oil in the container with propellant, the egg slides right out. Make sure you drain the water out first in the pan by squeezing the sides together so the egg doesnât fall out. These directions are idiot proof (or at least they should be!).

Title: Perfectly cooked eggs
Review: These little cups and the directions that came with them were so easy to use. After I put the eggs in the cups and the water was hot and I put the cover on I've set the timer for 5 minutes as it directed and after I took them out they were the best eggs I've ever had absolutely delicious very tender cooked perfectly not hard yellows at all just the right consistency. I recommend this to anybody who likes poached eggs so much easier and neater than poaching in water. And so much easier than soft boiling and then trying to cut them open so you can get the egg out. These eggs slide right out of the cups just tip it and they slide right out. Easy clean up too.

Title: Way easier and cleaner than old fashioned method
Review: These work and you get a nice clean egg, compared to when you just drop one in boiling water ⦠which makes my kids happy. It sometimes is hard to get it to cook evenly (top stays translucent), so I will put a lid on the pot.

Title: Just incredible!
Review: I've tried a variety of egg-poaching tools over the years and have always been disappointed. These are amazing. If you spray a little olive oil first, they clean up in seconds. I had to experiment a little, but if I put just enough water for them to barely float, get the water boiling, add the poachers, and cover, I get perfect poached eggs in 4 1/2 minutes every time.

Title: Handy for poaching
Review: These little guys work very well BUT eggs stick to the silicone so you need to brush or spray them with oil/butter before adding the egg.

Title: Seem to be good
Review: I poach eggs several times a week. At first they were a pain to clean and I don't use oil or sprays. I figured out that ghee makes a good coating and works for me. They didn't stick after that and were easy to clean. If you can use oil, these will work. I don't recommend using them without a layer of something such as ghee.

Review: These work perfectly and I can now make perfect poached eggs. WARNING! Don't put them in the dishwasher or use too much soap to clean them. They tend to retain the soapy taste. Hand wash and rinse thoroughly.
