MORE VERSATILITY FOR YOUR KITCHEN- This patented Eggssentials Egg Poaching Egg Rack works as an insert for many pans, pots, skillets and pressure cookers. It measures 7.25 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches tall including the handle. So it will fit in a pot where the inside diameter is larger than 7.25 inches. It is compatible with 5, 6 and 8 quart Instant Pot TM and Pressure Cookers.
HIGH-QUALITY PERFORMANCE – These Poacher cups are designed to hold 75ml. That means that they easily hold an 4 extra large eggs without any spillage. Unlike the silicone poaching cups on the market, these Poaching Cups are made from stainless steel with a high quality nonstick coating. No messy residue that never fully washes out. Stainless Steel Poacher Cups will cook the eggs faster and more evenly and last for many years. Silicone is an insulator and will not help in the cooking process.
SAFE AND EASY TO USE- These deluxe poacher cups feature a convenient Bakelite handle that cools down from the heat quickly and makes for easy removal. Each cup can be individually removed and poured directly onto your breakfast plate or toast. Many Silicone Cups will tip over and spill in the pan or Pressure Cooker. EASY TO USE AND CLEAN UP- Just 5 minutes to have perfectly poached eggs. All you need is ½ an inch of boiled water in order to poach the eggs and less than 5 min to cook them. Nonstick coating make cleanup a synch. They are dishwasher safe so you do not have to spend unwanted time cleaning up. Title: Easy to use
Review: I used it immediately upon delivery because I had purchased two different things so I wanted to see if the cheaper item worked so I could return the other. The cups were bigger than the pan I had bought and it was easy to find a pan for the item to sit in to cook. Took less than 5 minutes and the egg was perfect. Sprayed the cup and the egg came right out after I tipped it over. I know I have read reviews of some of these egg poaching pans where people complain the coating comes off, etc. This was so inexpensive that if that happens, no big deal. (I am still trying to scour antique shops for what my Mom had because I think they were bigger cups, so maybe I will find one before it peels if it is going to.) I think it's because people don't care for them properly and maybe put the cups in the dishwasher. If you prep the cup right, you don't really have much - if any - cleanup to do after use, so it's no problem to wash by hand. I would recommend this - especially considering the price is so low.

Title: Perfect poached eggs every time!
Review: I truly love this product. I've never been able to poach eggs using the methods shown on YouTube. This simple device makes it super easy. Cleaning is a breeze (it's pretty much self-cleaning). My favorite recipe? Toast, a thin layer of smoked salmon and drippy eggs on top. Delicious.

Title: replaced all of my other egg poaching things
Review: I prefer my poached eggs to have a completely runny but warm yolk and have the white set as much as possible. I've tried a large variety of other egg poachers from here on Amazon, but this is the nicest one I've used so far. My wife is pleased that I cleared out all the past failed experiments from our cabinets. I got the six-egg version. In hindsight, the max eggs I make at once is four, so the set of four probably would have been sufficient. Now I have two extra cups in case anything happens to the rest.Speaking of the cups, they do work wonderfully for XL and even jumbo eggs, which was always a problem with my previous poachers. I use mostly XL eggs, sometimes L. The cups have a nonstick coating but without any fat/oil they have a weak grip on the cooked egg that can tear it as the egg comes out. A tiny dab of room-temp butter on my fingertip is enough to run it around the bottom and sides of all the cups. The thinnest of coatings is all I need, and when cooked the eggs will just slide right out. Then I crack each egg into its cup. I have to be careful to distribute the weight properly; I made the mistake once of not paying attention which four sites I used in the six-rack and the whole rack swung like a hammock and dumped the eggs on the counter. Oops.I'm still experimenting with recipes, but I'm using a 12" skillet with a lid. For four eggs, I put only about 1 cm of water into the skillet and bring it to a full boil over high heat. I take the lid of just long enough to put the egg poacher in place, and then leave it covered on high heat for 3 min, 45 sec (L) or 4 min (XL). Then I remove the skillet from the heat, remove the lid from the skillet, and let the poacher sit untouched in the water for another 90 seconds. At this point, the eggs are ready to be removed from the cups. The knobs are still too hot to touch, and too small for tongs or an oven mitt or even a silicone grip. I have found a paper towel folded a few times works great for my hands.I put a utensil on the top of the cup to keep the egg from leaping out, and tilt it to the side to drain off any water that fell into the cup from the lid. Then I can transfer the cooked egg to plating. I have a hard time controlling the flip of the egg, it comes out upside down half of the time. The egg will finish the cook as the temperature equalizes and then cools.Normally I use the dishwasher for everything, but I've been handwashing these cups. They feel very thin and I'm a bit worried about the dishwasher eating away the nonstick. Fortunately I have a palm brush that lets me suds them in one motion, and then a quick rinse. I let them dry in their own rack in the cabinet.

Title: Egg poacher
Review: It is wonderful. I wanted something small that would fit into my pans. The eggs came out perfect and they did not stick. I did brush the cups lightly w butter first. I just wished it came w a small handle to ease getting it out of the pan. The fork worked well as a substitute.

Title: I Love the Smell Of Poached Eggs In the Morning!
Review: Two or three time a week I like to enjoy a couple of perfectly poached eggs on top of a toasted slice of Good Seed breadâ¦sour dough is good too. After repeatedly tying the weird yellow silicone egg poachers that only produced an egg yoke with a mess of fluffy, frothy, unappetizing egg white around it, I tried a more traditional method. This little two cup poacher makes beautiful perfectly shaped eggs with firm white and golden creamy yolks. A highly nutritious high protein breakfast for under 225 calories.A couple of tips⦠Donât depend on the âTeflonâ no stick coating. The eggs will stick and youâll have to scrape them out. Instructions recommend using olive oil or some type of cooking spray. I thought the olive oil gave the eggs an odd flavor so I switched to rubbing a little butter on the inside of the cup. The eggs slide right out with a delicious buttery flavor. The cups will be easy to clean with some hot water and a drop Dawn and a wave of the dish brush.I get a small amount water boiling in a medium saucepan and place the egg poacher gizmo in a cover with a good fitting lid for EXACTLY 3 minutes & 45 seconds and out they pop. There might be a little water from the steam to dab off and the then on top of the lightly buttered toast. The most difficult part of the job will be picking the HOT cups out of the holder. A clean kitchen towel is your best tool here. This is my only complaints about this egg cooker; the little black plastic knobs are too hoo hot and hard to hold. A little more ergonomic thought in the design would have been better. Iâll give them some ideas if they call me. ;-))

Review: I have never made poached eggs before. Really like eggs benny so thought I would try this. It works great. Cups are big enough for even XL eggs. I give a quick spray of non-stick. 5 mins is just the right cooking time for us once the water is ready in the pan. They pop out easily. Comes with a little instruction booklet. Should have had one of these years ago.

Review: A fabulous add-on to any pan. Iâve had perfect soft poached eggs every time. No mess, just a quick rinse and dry the moulds after. Results and taste depends on the quality of the eggs. I go 5 minutes from the boil then remove and leave 1 minute before tipping/tapping out. Highly recommended and user instructions are excellent.
