Title: I’m so disappointed
Review: I was so excited to have a pool vacuum! We have an above ground, 24 foot, pool that was professionally installed and leveled. The filter is running and we decided to go ahead and charge this guy and drop it in to make sure the bottom is nice and clean as we hope to start swimming in a few weeks. IT’S TOTAL JUNK. I press the on button, drop it in, it starts to go, drives about 24 inches and stops. The little flap opens and closes a zillion times. Sometimes it backs up 6 inches and stops again. Sometimes it just sits there. I’ve tried pulling it out and moving it, leaving it be until it dies, etc. It’s empty, totally clean and new looking, fully charged, and so on. There is zero slope in my pool and no liner wrinkles. There’s no reason at all it shouldn’t be driving around and doing its thing, other than the fact that it’s junk. Oh. And it does not stop near the side! I had to jump in to get it twice.I didn’t have money to just waste on something like this. I guess I’ll stick to a net. Save your dollars and buy a different vacuum. 🙁

Title: Works well, but ……
Review: Well designed, well built, and easy to use. I’ve used mine twice now and both times it ran for 2+ hours. It does a good job picking up dirt and leaves. The one “Gotcha!” is that it doesn’t like inclines (like near walls) and tight corners, so what I do is simply get a long-handled broom and push anything in the corners and along the walls towards the middle of the pool.*** UPDATE ***: I’ve used it four times so far and it continues to work well in my in-ground pool. The “Gotcha!” still holds true - you have to sweep any debris trapped in the corners and edges towards the middle of the pool. But the unit does a great job of picking up leaves and small dirt. Even though it takes almost 3 hours to charge, it will run for over 2 hours. I can’t compare it to other vacuums, but it seems really well-designed and well-built.

Title: Loved until unique charging cord failed
Review: Update: this company exceeded my expectation. Promptly replaced even after the return period. They only needed a video of the issue. I am just thrilled with this purchase!Awaiting response from the support. Just sent 10/14/24.The light on the cord turns green and will charge for about a minute before fading red, gets hot and stops charging. It worked perfectly until a few days ago. We've used many times since we bought it in May and love the performance. I'm hoping we can get a new cord quickly.

Title: Absolutely Disappointing - Don't Waste Your Money
Review: I had high hopes for this robotic pool cleaner, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. After unpacking the device and carefully reading the instructions, I placed it in my pool, expecting it to make my life easier. Boy, was I wrong!First, the cleaner barely moved around the pool. It seemed to have a mind of its own, getting stuck in corners and moving in random patterns without actually cleaning anything. I had to constantly rescue it and redirect it, which defeated the whole purpose of having a "robotic" cleaner.When it did manage to move, it did a terrible job at picking up debris. Leaves, twigs, and even small bugs were left behind, and I had to manually remove them with a net. The suction power was incredibly weak, making me question if it was even functioning correctly.To make matters worse, after just a few uses, the cleaner started malfunctioning. It would randomly stop working and required constant restarts. The customer support was unhelpful, offering generic troubleshooting advice that didn't solve the issues.In summary, this robotic pool cleaner is a poorly designed, ineffective product that fails to live up to its promises. Save yourself the frustration and money by avoiding this item altogether. Stick to traditional manual cleaning methods or invest in a higher-quality robotic cleaner from a reputable brand. I'll be returning mine ASAP.

Title: Good item, inexpensive, but get what you pay for - for now
Review: So I have had an AIPER SEAGULL. It’s at least $100 more but it breaks EVERY season. So I got this one, I wanted new, I’m tired of spending $250 each year. So this is a bit of a comparison.AIPER - PROS-Longer battery- When basket gets fuller it tends to keep working but doesn’t pick up much-Customer support bends over backwards to help in *MOST* cases.-Easy to clean-Easy to retrieve-Cons- expensive- have not had one last past one season- my first one was rejected for a replacementThis items pros-significantly less in price-same port for charging and concept as expensive model-works the same as higher model-only a slightly lower battery life….BUT-easy to cleanCons-once cleaning basket is full - no matter the battery - it won’t move much. Dirty pool means you get 20 mins of cleaning.-harder to retrieve since once full it won’t move much and gets stuck in the middleI may change the stars if this item breaks within the season and depending on how bad customer support is or how good it is.I run both simultaneously to know these answers and results.

Review: It's definitely made cleaning easier for us however, it stops frequently and just goes back and forth in 1 spot. We have to pull it out and empty it, only to find it's not very full most times but other times its definitely full.Once you do that it keeps going though and the battery life is pretty long, we get about 2 hours out of itPictures are when it was pretty full. Definitely happy with our purchase, but don't expect it to be like a house robot vacuum that you can just leave, you will have to empty it frequently but much faster than the little stick vac we had before.If you had seen our pool when we opened it up for the year and how much this vacuum helped, you'd buy it!

Review: It's amazing! One of those things you wish you'd bought sooner. We live near an open field so the debris at the bottom of the pool has always been an issue. We'll not anymore! This this picks up everything from dirt to grass to twigs. Our pool is about 18ft and the 100 minute cleaning time is perfect. The only bad thing is the hook they provide is only about a foot long so it doesn't really help to pull it out of the pool.
